It's OK because it's right off the main drag and sometimes you just have to get gas but today I went to get gas on my lunch hour and the pump had a no credit card sign. This was not fun. I really don't like going into the store if I don't have to because I'm not getting a full tank of gas on guesstimating how much gas I need. There was at least one of the pump that was out of service and having an Audi I have to park on the right side of gas pump cause my tank is on my passenger side so this was not fun today.

You weren't simply having a bad day -- you were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer the way you did. I came into the store expecting a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, and instead I was met with an attitude that was completely out of line. If you don't want to interact with customers, that's one thing. But when your job requires you to deal with the public, basic respect and professionalism aren't optional. I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

I guess the manager that looked older than dirt then came over and told me he couldn't sell me the drinks and refused to give me my tickets for the $14 in lottery they printed so the thieves stole from me this amount...I guess Corporate has instructed their employees to use "reverse" shrinkage methods to make up the difference.
