Honestly, I came in earlier today I was given such bad customer service by a woman named veronica the "store manager" she was being very rude to me and she told her workers to lock up the shampoo because i was BUYING too much of it according to her. I like to coupon, which is what i was doing. I dont recommend coming here because everytime I come she tells me i have to let them know im buying stuff and she keeps watching me and other customers. I called the pharmacy after leaving Kingwood hca hospital stayed on hold the entire drive back. Still no answer. Walked in the store still on hold. Get to the back phones ringing all while the staff ignores them. I hang up they just answer an put you immediately on hold. No please hold nothing. I attempt to pick up an prescription sent in 2 days prior it's still not ready. An I find out my diabetes medication was lost then found then Cancelled. They tell me I'm going to have to call my doctor to request the refill again. Because it was account canceled an deleted by staff. My doctor left the country for the holidays and that is why he sent it before he left. I'm left with no medication. An they couldn't care less. Someone from corporate needs to step in and clean house. There's plenty more people who are qualified and will appreciate having a job. read more

This is (without exaggeration) one of the worst CVS pharmacies in Houston. The staff is extremely rude even when you come with a respectful and happy demeanor. Even disrespectful at times. The team is a joke. It is clearly under horrible management. They primarily lack efficiency and training, very disorganized. Just avoid this pharmacy and send your prescriptions somewhere else. Negative experience every single time I came. Corporate definitely needs to investigate and evaluate this pharmacy or they will continue to lose customers, they all add up. This CVS pharmacy is super slow and a lot of times do not have the meds in stock. I went there was told to come back at 2pm and when I came back they told me the meds were not in stock. Why even tell me that and you know you don't have it. read more

I made a Yelp account just for this review. I went to the doctor that prescribed me a certain medication and the pharmacy switched it for generic did not ask my permission and told me that it was legal. It is legal I researched it and the only reason why is legal is for profit margins for the pharmacy and has nothing to do with the patient's well-being. If they would have asked me is it OK to switch my medication for generic I would've told them no as the last time I used the generic brand it did not work. Once I realize they switched it I called immediately less than five minutes from picking up my order and they told me and I quote oh well very unprofessional very rude I would never go here again. I want what's prescribed to me and if you can't do it let me know so I can switch my pharmacy not so I can help you gain profit margins read more

Most CVS stores are all the same. Our CVS is right in line with every other CVS we've used over the years. Mostly we just get a prescription filled or stop in for some cough drops. This location isn't the nicest, but the staff do a fairly decent job at keeping customers happy by making sure lines move at a decent speed. My main complaint is that the location just isn't very clean. It reflects the neighborhood in that respect. I mean, the neighborhood I live in is very "working class", but that shouldn't mean unkept for businesses. I've never seen anything disgusting or outright gross, but you definitely get the feeling that it's not the item that ranks highest in their list of priorities. You know what's cool about the employees, though? Their smiles. I always have the good fortune of scoring some great smiles for everyone there, and that means a lot to me because smiles 1) are free, and 2) make my day just a little bit brighter. read more

Poor customer service, rude employees in the pharmacy department. Had a prescription sent over 30 minutes prior to pharmacy closing which I was not going to pick to pick up till next morning. Called the pharmacy # and machine stated that the prescription was received well here I am next day and conveniently they not find my prescription because it may have "accidentally" been deleted. read more

The two times that I have went to CVS it has saved my life. It's a convenience store, so the prices are inflated, but I usually can find a coupon I'm needing in an emergency situation to offset the inflation versus driving to Humble or Jacinto City for the item(s). read more

Terrible pharmacy! Don't get your prescriptions sent here they are rude, and will make you and your doctor calling in prescripts for you wait FOREVER!!! I called for our doctor to fill a prescription for a patient at the pharmacy waiting for a prescription they supposedly didn't get electronically. After 10 mins of being on hold they answered to put me on hold, then hung up on me, called again waited 25 minutes on hold, and then they wanted certain codes my doctor was giving them while trying to do surgery!! I informed him of this because we were on 3 way call. And they got mad said one of the numbers was too long even tho that's the number they asked for?!? And they hung up.. I'm sure they got the electronic one just didn't fill it when suppose to. Rudest pharmacy ever! read more

The pharmacy is so rude every time I call I get placed on hold and they automatically forget about the damn call. I attempted to call 4 times and they left me on hold for more than 20 mins ! Keep in mind every time they did pick up they sounded annoyed just from them telling me to hold. Bad service . read more

The pharmacy staff is very lazy. My 89 year old grandma needed urgent refills. I called at 539 and they just kept hanging up on me because it was too close to six. And they close at 6. They're not very helpful. read more

The pharmacy at 3401 Tidwell, takes an extremely long time to deliver prescriptions. The prescription drop-off, turn around time is 1 to 2 hours always. Whereas, prescriptions that are filled at other locations are 20-30 minutes. Both pharmacies, that I go to are equally busy. I would like if they would take into consideration that my time is valuable and the particular prescriptions that I pick up, take little to no time to prepare. read more
