This location is usually pretty busy and to be honest, they seem to have some sort of issue with my prescription more often than not. But the reason I'm giving them five stars is because of Linh. She always goes above and beyond to help sort out whatever issues the system is having and she always has such a great and positive attitude even when it's crazy busy. I had a disappointing experience at this CVS pharmacy. I picked up a refill and later found one bottle was empty despite being labeled correctly. When I returned, the pharmacist in charge replaced it "as a courtesy." After getting home, I realized I had been given the wrong medication and had to return again. The manager eventually provided the correct prescription but implied I may have lost the original pills and told me to check my medications before leaving. The situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I plan to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The pharmacy manager even told me that a good idea. read more

Service is getting worse. My family doctor sent orders there, and the pharmacy doesn't have it ready the same day.

Came in at 9:40pm even though store schedule said they close at 10pm store was closed with customers inside. Older gentlemen claiming to be the manager was very rude and did not allow customers in!!! No customer service even though I told him I needed fever patches for my baby! No compassion for customers!!! Need to send this guy back to training!!!! Will be contacting corporate aswell!!! The doctor prescribed medication due to pain and her excuse is the dosage (she is not a doctor) they should be able to release medication due to doctors orders. I could just imagine if they are doing this to other patients in need of medication. No one should be at the pharmacy more than 30 minutes. No wonder this pharmacy has low rating. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. The slowest service imaginable and they are liars! I took my wife to get a flu shot and at first they said $36, then $39 and as they were about to give her the shot they said $50! Unbelievable, and they took damn near an hour to give it. Good day, After filling out an honest review for a local CVS I received an email from the shift supervisor. Let me tell you it was anything but pleasant. Instead of taking the constructive criticism and coaching his employees, he lashes out and emails me with his personal email some pretty offensive things and is very demeaning to woman. I'm really disappointed that I wasn't able to use the restroom at CVS. I asked if they had one available and they said no due to Covid and it was only for employees. I'm a mother expected a child and had my toddler with me that needed to go use the restroom but yeah the cashier told me I can go to Northgate and use the restroom. How is that convenient? read more

Wendy is great, knows your name, remembers your background and actually cares about giving you the care you want. Wendy deserves big shiny 5 stars. However, low stock in medication makes for long delays in getting your medication ordered. Long lines will frustrate you. Most recently I went to pickup up my medications as the pharmacy opened at 9 am but no one with keys showed up to open the pharmacy. I waited two hours for the manager to show up to open up the pharmacy. Very unreliable!! read more

I am beyond thankful and grateful for this CVS. I live next to five CVS locations and NONE of them had the medicine I desperately needed for my son. They would not even order it for me because it was rare and there was no back-stock for them. But this CVS location had it. Generally, convenience is the primary reason people will do business here, the prices are not competitive. I can't think of anything that they sell that I can't find cheaper at a grocery store, but they have a niche. Being small, you can make a quick run and be in and out; sometimes that is worth paying a little extra. Today, I went in to buy some hair gel, and remembered that I also needed deodorant, so walked over to that isle to find that all of the deodorants were locked in a glass cabinet. Convenience factor gone! I'm not going to bother tracking down some manager or employee to give me access to their locked up deodorant. I have to say, this CVS location has the worst customer service ever. I was being helped by a cashier who didn't care about my problem and wanted to eagerly and quickly had me over to a manager to help me. As soon as I switch to her lane she said " no sorry I can't help you" in such a rude matter. All the people working here speak over each, rudely interrupt each other, while being with customers. One of the pharmacists (John) wouldn't fill my prescription without my phone number and home address. He stated it was state regulations that he that he gather the information. I tried to explain to him that I don't like having my phone number entered with my prescriptions because CVS uses that information to track my purchases and prescriptions. I also expressed my understanipding that there are regulations that pharmacies must comply with. But, I've expressed the same concern at several other CVS pharmacies and they were able to avoid attaching my phone number to my prescription refills. Instead of listening to my concern and responding, he talked over me and refused to hear my concern. So after waiting 30 minutes in line to provide my prescription he told me it would be another 30 minutes to have my prescription filled. Making it a one hour wait to have my prescription filled. John is in my opinion one of the most abrasive, rude, and discourteous CVS pharmacist I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and to carry that chip in to work with him. And in my opinion John's behavior should be a cautionary tale for all other pharmacists. read more

They are pretty standard for a CVS. Overpriced items, but fairly clean and organized! Most of their cashiers and their manager are extremely friendly and helps you save as much money as possible! Ask them any questions and they at least try to help you and find things. On another note, they may want to either train employees where things are, or tell them its okay to ask for help. I asked for an ear cleaner (liquid) and the guy showed me q-tips, I get his misunderstanding, but he refused to ask for help. read more

Truth? I come here to use the ATM before I head into Westminster where it is cash-only land. The people who work here are friendly. I like them. The parking is meh. Their are homeless people who talk to themselves in the parking lot. I've only ran into one lady who was aggressive (makes a girl nervous to be holding 40 dollars cash meant for NomNomNoms while a lady is screaming at a man from across the parking lot). Too busy. Waited 15 minutes to drop off my Rx with no one ahead of me...both techs were on the phone. Super slow to answer the phone...10 minutes with nobody picking up. No notification that stock did not come in the next day as stated. I'm sure everyone is very nice but just too busy to offer decent customer service. Ew. Dirty. Messy. Products are damaged on the shells. Dirty and messy everywhere. Service : so slow. It always takes 1 hr to get your medicine ( if u r lucky ) , or 2 or 3 days normally. I have a flu, I Need medicine asap. I came there to drop off the prescription. They told me to wait 35 mins. I have to go home, and go back there, NO MEDICINE. I wait 90 mins. And they told me that I am able to pick up only 2 medicines. I have to wait few more days to pick up the 3rd medicine. I honestly don't write reviews at all but this store has some bad customer service I just had to. I don't go that often but when I do it always turns out to be a bad experience. The store is okay not much to say about that but when i get to the cashier I always get the same young red head dude . He has a major attitude problem like really?!?!! If you don't want to be there quit or try to be polite at least I mean you're getting paid! He never greets, he's rude , and just doesn't care to work there it's so obvious . I get it sometimes you're just not having a good day or whatever but this guy is something else. I went in today and unfortunately he was there ,I got my stuff and waited to pay . Must I say there wasn't anybody in the front but me. He was talking to some random girl and then looked my way and just kept talking like I was just gonna have to wait till he was done with his conversation. Best believe I was about to lose it ,I was really just gonna make a scene and ask for a manager or just someone else to help me out .
