HORRIFIC. Came here on Christmas Eve with my elderly mom for a few last minute items and they were turning everyone away. Unreal level of rudeness and disregard for any sense of respect to the community. We walked up at 5:52 pm and 2 security guards and at least 5 staff members stood at the door turning customers away. I said it's not yet 6:00 and I have a few things to grab and will be fast. They wouldn't let us in. I asked for the manager who came out at 5:55 pm and said we are "closing" and can't let us in. I said this is a corporation and you can't decide to close early. I respect everyone's time and would not linger, but have some things to grab for Christmas. The manager would not let us in. I can't believe Walmart would do this. Beyond disappointed and hope NO ONE SHOPS HERE AGAIN. It wasn't just one rude employee it was a complete gang up. This Walmart needs a bit of help. Especially the parking lot. There are so many shopping carts everywhere just left all alone in the parking spots. As if people empty their carts next to their cars and just go. Then nobody goes around to collect the carts. Which means parking is terrible. In the morning it is self check out only. Zero lines are open. Employees are unloading crates in the morning which makes it hard to get in certain lines. They also do not greet customers. Everyobr is in their own world. read more

I went into the Walmart Electronics Department and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The associate, Gregory was both disrespectful and careless when I asked for help. Instead of assisting me with my online order that had missing items he stated he's not trained to assist online missing order and doesn't know where to go or who to talk to that I can call 1-800 customer service , gave me dismissive answers, ignored me while chatting with another coworker, spoke in a condescending tone. Not only did I leave without getting the help I needed but I also felt completely disrespected as a customer. Customer service should be about patience, professionalism and helping people find what they need. Sadly, this was the exact opposite. If you're going to order or planning on ordering your cake from here, DONT. First complaint the staff they have are incompetent and don't know what they are doing. Went to pick up the cake I placed an order for and had to press the button 2x to even try and get someone to assist me. And when I finally get assistance thanks to my husband hunting someone down. They tell me they can't find the cake or don't have that cake order. I'm like hello I placed the order two weeks ago. And after some looking the incompetent worker finds the cake. Not a terrible Walmart. I always have low expectations when it comes to Walmart. This one is open late- until 11pm at night. But not 24 hours, sadly. I was in need of tampons and chocolate- yes that time of month; started while I was out having dinner. Decent prices, parking lot has always been clean for me and not littered with carts taking up parking spots, so not too hard to find a parking spot in peak hours either. Tire center has CHEAP tires. My suggestion: Buy here and get it attached down the street at Los Amigos Tires or somewhere else, since Walmart Tire Center gets crazy booked anyways. You'll still get things done super cheap AND super quickly. 30 minutes. Huge variety of items, and most things are in stock and easy enough to find. Staff are surprisingly friendly enough. OVERCHARGED CARD $8 YESTERDAY AND THEY "COULDN'T FIND THE ISSUE" i bought my groceries on ebt and a $2 bottle of dish soap, and no I wouldn't be complaining if the $8 didn't make a difference bc I clearly need the assistance I use ebt!!!! Yesterday 12/31 morning around 8am I was trying to return an item. Nobody was at the customer service when I asked the person that highlights the receipt didn't want to help. So I went to another employee that had earbuds and was ignoring me to get assistance from until he felt to turn around I asked if he could assist me with a return and his response was "I don't work here" when he had a Walmart vest. Then lied about getting someone else and never came back. When other customers were trying to speak to the Hispanic manager she was just being very rude to everyone and saying that all her employees were in a meeting! A meeting in the middle of the shift all the middles throughout the front of the store were in huddles just talking and laughing very unprofessional. PRICE INCORRECTED This morning, I went to your store to purchase a package of Charmin Ultra Strong (96 rolls). Last night, I checked the price online and saw it listed for around $26. When I arrived at the store, the shelf also showed the same price. However, when I scanned the item at the self-checkout, the price displayed was over $34, which is a significant difference. Due to this discrepancy, I ultimately decided not to purchase the item. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. I hope your team can investigate why this discrepancy occurred and take steps to ensure that shelf prices accurately reflect the actual charges customers are billed. It would also be helpful if staff could be more proactive in updating incorrect prices to avoid this kind of confusion in the future. But to Walmart's credit the customer service is consistent at every Walmart I have been to. Waiting for oil change for 30 minutes and nobody was bothered to come out and check with customers. Even there was no car in front of me and there were 3 more cars behind me. I had to go in asked what was going on. The response was just waiting. 2 cars were impatient and trying to cut in front of me. I just went to walmart to grab some baby food using my wic card. And was helped by Elaine Trujillo on register 22. Some of the baby food wasn't wic approved and I had asked her kindly was wasn't approved. It was like 3 dollars worth not a big deal. But the fact that I asked for her help and she just stared at me stupidly and wouldn't check which items weren't wic approved made me upset. I am brown skinned and I felt that she was racist towards me and my siblings. Placed my order on Thursday for a pick up for Sunday. The young girl that helped me understood the assignment and took the time to help me. Walmart has many things that you can obtain. Food, clothes, electronics, and toys to name a few. Some Walmart's are really clean and some are not. Some have items that others don't. This Walmart is somewhere in between. It is clean some days and a little messy others. However, when I need something it usually comes through. My two biggest issues are with the customer service counter and the security check upon exit. If you have customer service it should be open all store hours. Not close early and then you can't get something taken care of. This is for all Walmarts, keep the counter open longer. The security check at the exit is a joke. The person normally does not even look at what you have bought and just marks your receipt. Not asking for every item to be checked, but at least look and match an item or two to the receipt. Some don't even care if they are working. They are just passing time while at work. It's a job and sometimes boring, but if you talk to the customer on the way out and ask a question or two, it will help make your day easier and show the customers you care. read more

I ordered some coffee and coffee cream to be delivered to my address which is about 10 minutes away from the store , The person who brought it to the lobby of the apartment building asked for a code and they had no idea and I was not aware of any code anyway the person told the person at the front desk that he has to take everything back because he can not deliver it if they don't know the code . So I reordered it to be delivered again the next day , this time I got a message that they can not deliver , the store does not have the package ready , there is a delay , the message was sent on a Thursday and now is Saturday the message keeps saying that your delivery is on the way , then I get a text message from a delivery person that they had to cancel my order without any explanation . All I can say is that Walmart is a company that is so big that they don't care if their customers get taken advantage because they do charge $10.00 if you don't know your code and they will return the items . There is no customer service , the phone number for the customer service gets you to some pre-recorded messages and you can't really solve your issues , it is only a phone number so you can hear some messages but you will never hear a human's voice no matter what option you choose . It is a shame for such a large American company to behave in such dumb and incompetent way while other stores are progressing in their customer service and online services .
