While the staff member was polite and kind, and the facility appeared clean, I really feel that pediatric patients need a more specialized approach. Drawing blood from an adult is very different from drawing blood from a young child. Both times, the experience was extremely stressful and traumatic because everything took place in a standard room designed for adults, with nothing to help distract or comfort a child. It would make a big difference to have at least one pediatric-friendly room with colorful decorations, toys, or other tools designed to make the process less frightening. I know there are also specific techniques and equipment available to make blood draws easier for children. The service itself was professional, but I believe the lack of a child-friendly environment is an important area for improvement.

He signed in at the kiosk as required but didn't complete it correctly. I barely felt the needle...and that's saying a lot since my threshold for pain is very low. They verified my name on every tube and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They made the experience as good as getting blood taken can be.

My mother has used this pharmacy since it opened in 2014 and they have been awesome at ensuring that all of her needs are met. Pharmacists Tony and Miss Joe run a tight ship to make sure customers have what they need when they need it. Rwan and all the other team members are great at customer service. I really appreciate that everyone knows my mother and me by name when we call because it indicates a willingness to personalize our interactions instead of making it only about business. I love the fact that, unlike larger retail companies, Triad Choice Pharmacy makes an effort to get to know its customers. In addition to their retail services, they also offer home delivery and pill packs, both services my mother enjoys. Every month he has problems receiving his medications. This month, they told him that his diabetes medication was out of their stock and would not be available for 4 days. They put this patient's health and wellbeing at risk on a constant basis.
