Dentists would rather focus their attention to their staffs personal lives and lack focus on the tools they are using in the mouths of their clients. Glad to find another dentist who cares. This company needs to learn that care comes before office politics and hearsay. When a dentist and business owner does not have the common courtesy to call the client when there are concerns then they lose my respect. I am saddened by the absolute lack of professional courtesy and respect. Patients should not be harmed by lack of attention from the dentist. When a client complains about an experience they should feel listened to not disregarded. There is clearly a great divide in the older staff who worked there before and the newer staff. I wish them the best, but taking my business elsewhere.

They did an amazing job cleaning my son's teeth. They made him feel very comfortable. My son had a lot of problems such as a rotten tooth that he didn't tell me had been bothering him for over 6 months. They put me at ease with showing me the teeth that were going to naturally come out on their own and would not need the cavities filled and showed me two that needed them filled as they were starting to affect the adult teeth next to them. She also showed me that they can be remineralized with a good toothpaste, and even gave me a recipe for a homemade toothpaste with ingredients I have at home. He had two teeth that needed to come out. One was a baby tooth and one was part of a baby tooth that didn't come out with the old tooth. Thankfully all his adult teeth will look good and the problems with his baby teeth have not affected the adult teeth with any lasting impact. Praising God for a good dentist office that is affordable and doesn't use fluoride. They even do safe mercury filling removals so I know I will want to do this later. It was well worth the drive and I can see why people drive 4 1/2 hours from out of the state to this dentist office.

The gentleman told me he'd be happy to sell me any of their nail polishes. Great! I was the only one in the store and they allowed me to browse and look at everything (even the stuff I couldn't buy without a license) before I made my selections. They carry a ton of different polish brands including O.P.I., China Glaze, and L.A. Colors. They also sell polish stripers (nail polish with a really thin brush for creating nail art designs) and polish pen sets! I got 4 L.A. Colors nail polishes that I have been looking everywhere for, and they were just $1 each! I was very happy and surprised that they didn't charge me a higher price because I am not a professional. But, they didn't! A total WIN! I really appreciated being able to take advantage of their huge nail polish selection and I'll defiantly return for any of my hard-to-find- elsewhere polishes!

Have you ever felt like you just needed....something? I haven't been wearing much makeup because…read morewhat's the point with a face mask? And yet, when I would get out my war paint, it was just so...Ugh. A jillion bottles of partially used foundation because they weren't quite right. Too drying, too oily, too dark, too light, to harsh for my skin, too heavy, too pink, too cake-y.. the list goes on but you get the picture. If at any point reading this you said, "Yes, that's me!", you need to head to Ulta. This is a full service beauty store, meaning they know what they have, they listen, they figure out what you need and they let you try it before buying. I went in with my sister with the understanding that she would be my muscle. I did not want to walk out of there with some $80 crazy priced product and certainly not something that required multiple steps and layering of products. So there we stood, surrounded by different brands, all touting different benefits and all in hundreds of shades. I was overwhelmed to say the least. Enter Antonio. He asked if we were ok and I blurted out NO! My refined sister calmly said we needed guidance on foundation. He was so nice. He looked at my skin, asked me some questions, including what kind of coverage I wanted. I said medium to light coverage because I didn't want to look like I was trying to be a 20 year old using face filters on Instagram. He chose a brand and two different shades. He sanitized his hands, got clean make up sponges and tried the first shade on the right side of my face. He said, "Hmmm, a little too pink" then he used the other shade on the left side of my face. Much better! I ended up with Bare Minerals in Medium Beige. It looks dark in the bottle but it's not. Trying it on is SO beneficial. Also, it has a twist up lid so there's no bumbling around with a loose lid AND the bottom raises as you use it, so there will be no unused product! He offered to fix the right side of my face but I just put my mask back on. I was so grateful for his expertise and he said that if I didn't like it after using it a few times, I could just bring it back with my receipt for an exchange. You read that right - Ulta will exchange makeup! I have worn it and I still like it. It didn't aggravate my rosacea and it didn't settle into my laugh lines. Another bonus? I have a lot more space because I trashed those jillions of bottles! What a win!

The staff is super-super friendly, warm, and professional. The receptionist was very accommodating, the X-ray tech was friendly and meticulous, and the hygienist was likewise thorough and sociable. The equipment seems like the latest technology. As Christina D. mentions, the dental chairs have massaging backs (a pleasant surprise). Dr. Keider also used a laser imaging tool on my molars to see if there were any crevices that could harbor bacteria out of sight. They offer bottled water and sodas in the waiting area, and have a whole little refreshment section. The goodie bag was chock full, too, which, though unnecessary, is much appreciated by a tooth-obsessive like me. Toothbrush, toothpaste, Listerine, dental floss, dental picks - it's like a miniature drugstore! But the best things I can say are about Dr. Keider himself. His exam was very thorough. He checked my TMJ, lymph nodes, thyroid, and tongue in addition to my teeth. He told me exactly what he was doing during the examination, and genuinely and thoroughly answered all my questions. As Christine mentioned, no one tried to sell me anything; he basically said that my teeth look great and there wasn't anything he'd want to do to them. (They didn't even try to get me to do teeth whitening, which I know they offer, and which is practically requisite in dental practices. I appreciated that.) The only little picky complaints I'd have, aside from the booking error, would be that having Fox "News" playing in the waiting area was a real turnoff and that the hours of operation are pretty limited. (However, he's there at 7:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, so it's easy to get an appointment outside normal business hours.) I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Keider took X-rays, examined all my teeth and came up with two plans, the most affordable and the one that was as expensive as my car. It all came down to needing five root canals in additions to the missing smile teeth. I had to go with the least expensive options with possibility of implants in the future. Even though I chose the least expensive option, I was treated no differently. I explained my cPTSD and every effort was made to accommodate me. Apparently, everything is easy with nitrous oxide (great stuff!) It's taken a few months, extractions, fillings and a gentle cleaning but I am smiling again. I have two partials but my husband can't tell the 'new' teeth from my own -they are perfectly matched! It's a great comfort knowing that I can strike dental fear out of my life. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Keider and his staff to anyone regardless of what you need, this is a guy you have no regrets trusting.
