    Was on hold for over 20 minutes on the phone nobody answers I keep trying to call to check on a prescription this place sucks

The two store…read moreemployees, an older lady and a younger, that work the retail post office location here are an absolute nightmare. Rude, nasty, and annoyed if you want them to like, do their job. I've been sending prepaid packages here more months. I have never been anything but nice. Consistently both of these women are just plain nasty. And without fail, usually when I arrive, no other customers are there, and they drag their feet and roll their eyes while coming over to assist. From day one it's been a battle to get a receipt for packages and it's only getting worse. I bring in small padded mailers, under 6 inches long, once or twice a week. At most, I bring in 5 st a time but usually it is one or two. All I need is it weighed, scanned, and a receipt. I have no idea what the problem is but these women fight tooth and nail to not give a receipt. My favorite was the last time I was in and the woman sighed, rolled her eyes and held up my package and lectured me like I'm stupid that the tracking number is printed on the label and thus I don't need a receipt. Even when I calmly explained no, I still need one, she fought me. I was close to making a scene and demanding a manager but since I used to work in retail and I know how much it sucks I decided, no. She gets one more chance. Well. Shame on me. My father took in a single small package today and she was nasty to him, fought him for five minutes and then promptly dismissed him. He had to get a manager. What is the problem?? I have never been rude. I even did nicely call the store a few weeks ago and was told 1. No, there is no store policy stating they can't give receipts and 2. That they would address it. Well. One of the two employees stopped fighting after this but the other? Nope. Mean and condescending and completely rude. Why do people need receipts? 1. Many online retailers like ebay and mercari need proof of shipping when settling disputes. A receipt helps, a lot. 2. Some are starting to hold release of funds until an item is scanned, so getting a receipt ensures that it isn't missed or forgotten. 3. Sometimes home printers malfunction and the item doesn't scan well. 4. It's US mail and mistakes happen and I want to be positive it was dropped off and scanned that day. There are many stories of people dropping off without a scan having endless issues with no tracking updates, etc. I am done being nice. I work so I can't always make the post office so yeah, I come here occasionally to take advantage of them being open until 6. I shouldn't have to be having major anxiety over how nasty they will be and how much I will have to argue to get a receipt. The next time, and every time, I get rudeness or push back, I'm calling a manager. How the hell these people still have customer facing jobs I will never know. And hilariously, it's not just me. They have a horrid reputation with the local post offices ( i have asked) and I have met several other people with the same issue. We all dread having to drop off packages. No one has done anything except ask these ladies for a receipt. Nicely. Which takes like ten seconds. If they were busy and I was bringing a stack of 30, fine. Fair enough. If they were so busy they couldn't stop, maybe. But nope. They are aways standing around doing nothing when I show up, rolling their eyes and acting like spoiled, immature teenagers. What's the problem, Weis? Maybe its time to rethink post office staffing. Or maybe you just shouldn't have anyone accepting US mail if this is how it is going to be done. Avoid like the plague if you can. If you have to ship, may the odds be ever in your favor.

I press...I hear tone...but I don't hear someone calling out to let me know they heard and are making their way. I press again and I can hear laughing coming from above the photo processing. Apparently there is an office up there. No one calls out to let me know they are on the way. I press again. Now there are other people standing behind me. No one calls out. I think to myself...this isn't very secure nor is it even remotely close to good customer service. FOURTH TIME is the charm. I hear another customer tell an employee, "You better get up there you have customers waiting". At this point I am DONE...hardly makes sense to keep me waiting to spend my money. I ask to speak to the manager as soon as the clerk come to the register. He indicates he is a manager. I tell him....STORE MANAGER. Off he goes behind a door leading to the upper office he and comes back quickly. Out comes a woman who gives her first name but no position. I explained I had to ring the bell 4 times. She says ....sorry....we were in a meeting. Am I suppose to care? Why would I? She then tells me the casher has other duties. More important than taking my money? Really? She apologizes. I express that isn't enough. It's not enough because I had to ring that damn bell 4 times and was ignored!! I will not go back. I quickly decided Target would be happy to collect money from me as would Walmart and Rite Aid. There is nothing special about CVS and they certainly failed at endearing themselves to me.

Debi has the onsset of Dementia and I have breathing issues so even though you are not a prefered pharmacy with our insurance the convience is worth the cost. We recently moved from one apt to another in the same develpement and have had her prescriptions delivered for 5 1/2 years at the same address until our move on 7/2. I have made every attempt to help the drivers know it is a different apt building by contacting the store 3 times with suggestions. Like "can you please when Debi gets the next few refills can you please tell the driver that it is a different building and apt in person !!!!" They will not know~ the addresses are almost identical. Well today, as usually it didn't go as planned. I was told the way they notify the drivers of any changes is on the green slip of paper stapled to the bag!!!! the print is 5xs smaller than the print of The customers name!!!! I am sure after going to the same apt for 5 years when you see the customers name YOU HAVE NO REASON TO KNOW THEY MOVED! When I called the store again to ask if they could do something different!!!! I was told NO. Not only that but Holly who works there muted my call and when I called back the other person who answered the phone said Holly went to lunch and said the call dropped. This is my second issue with miss Holly!!!!!! I worked in customer service for 55 years from selling real estate to managing a convience store...........
