This pharmacy is a joke. There is zero sense of urgency. One of the techs told me if she wasn't on register things could get done. The pharmacist is doing talking more than working. Normally great service, but today I spent 20 min. on hold before I finally spoke to someone who seemed annoyed that I was trying to get information on my Rx. Pretty sure she was chewing gum while also having unrelated conversations in the background which was causing her to not speak directly into the phone, making her harder to understand (when she held the phone to her mouth she was clear as day). I came to CVS because of the customer service, but my Rx was called in early last week. I stopped Friday to pick it up only to be told it was not approved by my insurance. Why wasn't I contacted earlier? I called this morning (Tuesday) to get more information (thus the phone hold and unpleasant conversation) and 5 minutes after getting off the phone I finally received a text message informing me of the problem with insurance. Store is average. I had a poor experience in the pharmacy at this location, the tech seemed like she dreaded being at work and was a bit "snottty" when i asked questions and inquired about reasonings of prices. The store is clean though and the lay out is easy to find things... So, as long as you do not have any pharmacy questions this place isn't bad for a quick stop. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drive thru - Drugstores Near Me - ZANESVILLE, Ohio

I knew it was too good to be true. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was no line. I was the only one at the window. At first I thought the place might be closed. But I was wrong. I could see staff inside walking around. But as I sat there exchanging glimpses with four different staff including the pharmacist. It appeared they might be closed. But I was wrong. After waiting 12 minutes to even be acknowledged by the tiny brunette with the bad attitude and the "I hate my life eyes." I realized they weren't closed just not giving two shits. Thank goodness I was able to pick up the much needed prescription instead of walking my big ass in the store and subjecting the establishment to COVID. In the future CVS tech remember you don't have to be there. You've been given an opportunity to work for an establishment whose core values are collaboration, innovation, caring, integrity and accountability.... you lack half these with your "give no fucks attitude."
