We were supposed to do two hours of pics on the strip, but that's tough on the strip bc of traffic and parking, etc. We ended up only going to two spots and I'm very happy with that because it is EXHAUSTING (especially in heels)! We took pics outside of the Linq, where we got married and then took a cab to the Venetian, where we were having dinner. Yes, I would have liked to get Paris and the Bellagio, but it really wasn't necessary because even with just the two venues there were SO many pretty places and backgrounds to choose from and so much to look at. I realized, especially after looking at the final pictures, that if you have the right photographer you can look good in a garbage dump. And of course, the price was right, too (always important). I am sad things still went how they did and I hope they learn for any future clients but I am glad they understood where we came from. I booked this as a DUO session for my and my best friend and I was super excited about it. I dmed the Instagram and talked about the theme and they even got dresses for us in the sizes we want and I thought everything was going to be great! They were really helpful with everything in the dms. The studio itself was a bit hard to find as their is no signage or anything outside. We came in and was led to the two make up artists who was going to help us for the shoot. My friend already sent some references pictures in the Instagram chat but apparently the makeup artists weren't in the chat so they didn't know what the photos were so she had to pull up the picture on hand. I wasn't aware that we needed references pictures, I wasn't told of how this makeup thing would go expect to come in with a bare face and washed hair. So it took me a while to find some pictures. The makeup artist I was working with seem a little annoyed that my phone wasn't working as the internet was slow and she just shoved me her phone with a Google search result of makeup already and I just picked one cause it seemed like she just wanted to move on. During the makeup session, my artist was kinda bossy, I understand it takes a lot of skill to do a look but her tone was not very nice and I didn't really enjoy the whole experience. The makeup came out nicely though so I will give her that. As for my friend she came prepared with a lot of photos and everything. But the makeup artist did not do her makeup Justice. Choosing a wrong color for her eyes and darkening everything. And for her hair her artist did not even do anything to it, while with mine they took the time to curl it and set it in a half ponytail. I felt really bad when I saw that they just left her hair mostly untouched. For the photoshoot itself. Michael was very nice and gave us lots of directions and breaks and told us how to pose and look and everything was really handled well during it. The studio itself was a bit hot as it had no AC and I was sweating a bit in the outfits. The sets they have was also very nice and fit the theme we wanted. They gave us props and everything as well. I did really enjoy that experience with getting our photos done. But afterwards, we waited a bit long to get our photos edited and I had to keep dming for an update. It would had be nice if they just updated us on their own. I understand they were busy and editing took time but to make me come asking more than twice was not a good look. The edited photos came out bit by bit and only mine came out first, which made my friend feel horrible like her photos didn't come out nicely as she already felt bad about her hair and makeup that day. This really saddened me to hear that she had a bad time and experience here because I booked this for a special day for us and she ended up with really bad image issues for weeks after. While I do like some of the photos it took a long time and lots of roughness to get here. For the future, I would like to see some changes and more structure on how things work with this studio. We did the ceremony (which was so sweet; I quote the minister, Charles Petersen of the Little White Chapel to my new husband every day ("And in bad times, you have me"), and then he took us to the Fremont Street shoot What I never expected was the magic of Vegas: he walked us down Fremont Street (Old Vegas) and EVERYONE was so thrilled to be part of our day, we kept being told how thrilled folks were to see us - they were part of our magic, and we were part of their Vegas magic... because that's Vegas. My experience rated for everything to help any bride to be: Caitlin - AMAZING 5 star service! She would quickly respond and answer all questions. Our photographer was Mike. My rate: 1) Personality- 5 stars. He was outgoing and friendly. Easy to talk to and avoid awkwardness 2) Photography - 3.5 he's been doing this for years per what he told me but it just didn't show. I expected to be guided and told how to pose from an expert so that our family pictures would come out nicely and not look disorganized. I had to pretty much just guess with my family and take the picture. And family members even made comments when we arrived to the hotel about how they felt we came out because he didn't tell us how to pose. For our private pictures on the strip those went a lot better, he did a great job of trying to take candid like pictures. Which is why I'm rating 3 stars because those honestly came out nice. Almost forgot!!!! I thought he'd take a picture of us with our rings but we had only our phone photos for that. I follow many photographers and many had the same must have bride pictures and I didn't get that :( Finished product: 3 stars. The edited photos as advertised are actually just black & white of the same pictures which I'm not even a fan of. I would've preferred them to give me other pictures than give me the same in black&white. There are some pictures that were edited like my dark elbow, they did go ahead and match it to skin tone. And one where a family member had her eyes closed so they edited her pic with eyes open. I went with rating 4 stars because I reached out to Caitlin because I expected a bit more pictures and I missed one of the locations due to us running late and the chapel also being super busy. It pushed us behind schedule and we had to shoot at only 1 location. Anywho, I reached out to her and she offered me a way to compensate for that. So that helped with rating extra. Would I recommend them to a friend? Most definitely but I'd tell them only if they are eloping privately. No family because my family pictures were just scrambled. I decided to upload 3 of my fave pictures (mind you I received first look, getting ready pics) and 1 of the family picture to give you an idea of what I meant by disorganized, clumpy look to it. Yes, we were a big family but as past experiences I've seen friends pictures and there family is bigger and their photos look amazing.
