We had Gin & Sake do our "maternity" photos at the Neon Museum. We went in with no idea what we wanted, but we could not be happier with how our session turned out. Our kid is now 5 (I'm really bad about writing reviews), and I finally got around to creating a photo book from the images we received. I had such a hard time narrowing down which images to include because they're all fantastic and they're such high quality I had no issues using some large format layouts for our book. Our son's name is Jack, so many of the photos incorporated his name in one way or another from the signs. This is not a detail I would have thought of because I'm not very creative, but it's perfect. Brandon even captured my fiancé covering our son from the rain while we thought he was over getting us umbrellas. These photos are priceless to me, I could not have chosen a better photographer.

Brandon was our photographer for our wedding and was amazing! He communicated well and got every shot we asked for. He was fun to work with and delivered our photos very quickly. The photos are AMAZING. I'm a videographer so I am picky with photos, but these were next level. Would absolutely recommend!

Brandon from Gin and Sake was a DREAM to work with. We are from Toronto, and had to do all our research online for our Las Vegas Wedding. We loved the edgy/gritty/real life styling to his photography. He has a great sense of artistry in his work, comes with fun ideas and is very lovely to work with. We wanted a photo shoot before our ceremony - and Brandon was so flexible with us. We went all over the old strip for photos, he was accommodating with our 1971 Cadillac who's battery kept shorting, and really knew how to get us to pose and look natural. The best part was the dessert. He took us out to the dry lake bed on the WINDIEST of days unfortunately. But, he took it in stride and kept snapping away and helping us make the most of this part of this shoot (even when he was covered in sand or smoke from the smoke bombs - head to toe!). He brought his drone to capture us from above, which we were super excited about. Truth be told, the dessert shots are some of our favourite pictures. At our in suite reception, he was patient and kind, and was running all over the place to capture all the moments he could. We got our pictures back within 48 hours, and were in tears. They are so wonderful, and everyone we've shared them with are totally obsessed! He is worth every penny and more, and we cannot thank him enough for capturing our special day exactly how we wanted it. He is a true gem, and we would recommend his work to anyone in Las Vegas or elsewhere. Thank you so much, we are more than thrilled!

Brandon did such a good job at capturing the details

I hired Gin and Sake to capture my engagement to my gf! Brandon responded almost immediately to my inquiry and wanted to know every detail of what I wanted. Well he definitely exceed my expectations and captured what I wanted + more. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to hire a photographer in the LV area - he's sweet and professional and know's what he's doing. Thanks again Brandon!

So thankful for Brandon! I don't think there's enough positive adjectives to describe Brandon and the photos that he took. From the initial email of when I contacted him to the turn around time of getting the photos from my entire wedding back, everything, just truly, exceeded my expectations! Communication: Nothing unprofessional to report, he gets back to you as soon as he can. There was no guessing when or if he would get back to me. Pricing: Extremely reasonable for the product and customer service that I got. He's truly honest with his pricing and does not fall short of what you're paying for! Product: The photos were everything!!! I received the edited photos just 3 days after my wedding. I could not have been happier. My family could not believe that Brandon captured so many awesome moments all by himself. They are the type of photos that captured timeless memories! He truly knows how to cease the moment through his lenses. If there's one word that I would pick to sum up Brandon and his business it would be genuine. From your initial contact via email to the last picture he takes, he truly truly cares about the service you get and the product he's putting out. If you're still debating on a photographer, take one less stressful thing off of your shoulders and go with Gin and Sake Productions, I promise you won't regret it! Thank you again Brandon for all the wonderful pictures and being such an all around awesome person! I appreciate you! Please don't ever stop taking pictures!

Brandon with Gin & Sake will be our local photographer as long as we are in Las Vegas. He is down to earth yet highly efficient and communicative; which is the ideal combination for a photographer who can set you at ease. We worked with Brandon for our wedding as well as a promotional shoot for my husband who is a musician and we are thrilled with the results of both. He has a way of capturing the person in the photograph not just the picture. We see a great deal of our personality in the photos we have taken and can enjoy them all the more for it. We highly recommend Brandon for your photography needs. You will not be disappointed!

Brandon was by far the best investment that my husband and I made for our wedding. From the beginning, Brandon was prompt and responsive when helping us figure out the right photography services and pricing for our wedding. Our wedding was on the smaller side, and we only requested photography for half of the day as our reception was very informal - Brandon was the only option that gave us the right combination of quality and affordability. While other top vendors will immediately ask for prices in the thousands, Brandon was able to work with us within our budget. On the day of the wedding, I was frazzled enough with making sure I knew where people needed to be that I could hardly spare a thought for Brandon. But as it turns out, while I was distracted with not tripping on my heels, Brandon was working his magic all along. He was working solo for our wedding, and yet he seemed to manage so many different places and people at once. He had an amazing eye for capturing emotion, regardless of who he focused on. I don't know how he does it - it's like he has a preternatural sense for when a magical moment is about to happen. He was able to seamlessly get from location to location, help herd our guests (as well as the groom and myself) in a way that wasn't at all invasive, and when we went slightly over the original time window we had asked for, he didn't complain at all - if anything, he was eager to help us get more shots until we were satisfied. All of this in of itself would have been enough to merit five stars, but then Brandon somehow also managed to get all the pictures edited and uploaded for us in under eight hours! Under eight hours. I could hardly believe my eyes when I settled back in the hotel after our dinner and saw his email in my inbox! Most people I know who have gotten married have to wait months for their pictures to come back, but Brandon's prompt return of our photos made it possible for me to share wedding moments with family overseas who couldn't make it in almost real-time. It was above and beyond anything that my husband and I could have hoped for, on top of the photos being so brilliant. We had hundred of photos to sift through, helping us relive every moment of our ceremony. I really can't say enough about Brandon's work. I only wish he lived up in Seattle - I would hire him for everything and he'd quickly tire of me! Brandon - thank you, thank you, thank you. You have a real gift.

Brandon did an excellent job with my engagement photos. He was excellent to work with, accommodating, and produced high quality photos. Price: For the quality of work and the level of professionalism demonstrated the experience was definitely worth the price tag. Customer Service: Brandon was very helpful with providing location ideas, responded to emails and questions in a timely manner and was very professional. Production: The turnaround time on Brandon's work is excellent. Within 7 business days I had a link to my digital files available for download and print at my leisure.

Hear me out when I tell you all the reasons I felt Brandon was one of the best investments of my wedding day. I booked him maybe 8 months ago on the basis that I wanted photojournalistic photos and a photographer who adapted well to different indoor lighting situations. Inquiring and booking? Easy. Deposit? Easy. Didn't know what to tell him during our 1st/only preevent meetup other than provide him a timeline. He looked relaxed and confident anyway. Easy. Day of wedding: Brandon was working alone as his partner was out of town. Had camera around his neck with a couple lenses on hand. Throughout the day, I tell you, he was swift, composed, and down to earth. I don't really know how to explain it- he'll appear into peripheral vision and disappear shortly after snapping some shots with a nod of approval (which is cool b/c you're not supposed to be distracted by photography to the extent where the moment becomes unnatural). However, in moments where posing does count (ex: formal portraits or table visit photos), he'll double check to make sure people weren't blinking and that the photo is acceptable which is important Brandon most definitely has an eye for detail and is pretty much camera ready for whatever is going on on a minute's notice. I wanted photos where I could look back and remember the day as it was happening, even the moments I couldn't witness myself. I can't stop looking through my photos now; I relive the day through the photographs he captured. Gallery retrieval? Easy. Did I tell you that the turnover for the photos was insanely fast? I think it ended Saturday night and I had the gallery by Monday night. I had a handful of people tell me he was amazing at the reception, took great photos, and worked with such professionalism. No regrets, at all. He was amazing.

I wish Brandon could capture my entire life. He knocked our wedding out of the park. We got married by Elvis at the Neon sign museum and had a lunch reception afterward at La Comida. Brandon captured all of this perfectly and had the photos back super fast. Such a great choice! Don't look elsewhere. He had great communication and was also so kind as to recommend a hair and makeup resource for me.

Planned our Las Vegas wedding from Colorado and we were super happy with Brandon and Jill from Gin & Sake Productions. I found them on a random wedding blog and liked the vibe of the photos on their website. I'm a crazy obsessive researcher by nature (is that a Capricorn thing?) and it wasn't easy to make a decision about big wedding details like dresses and food and photos because I had this overwhelming fear of failure and leaving guests bored. People told me that photography is the number one most important part of a wedding because a good photographer can make a mediocre wedding look pretty special. A bad photographer will miss the important moments and make your $20k wedding look like a backyard barbecue. We were looking for a photographer who would relax when it came to all of those canned stereotypical posed wedding photos. Our wedding wasn't the big fat traditional blowout. We're a bit older than most couples (not THAT old). We skipped having a procession of bridesmaids and a million groomsmen. We decided to forgo all of the wedding toasting and the Electric Slide and the Cupid Shuffle. We chose a pretty unique setting and hoped for good weather and natural lighting. We wanted a lot of candids that still looked lovely. We wanted our pictures to read like a documentary film montage. Gin & Sake absolutely delivered. Brandon and Jill stayed with us from around noon through the end of our reception...even longer than we had originally contracted for. At the end of the night, after they left, Brandon texted me a picture he liked from the day. It was a great moment and left us pretty excited to see the rest of their work. I asked Brandon to manipulate a couple photos to have that Instagram Earlybird filter effect to match our retro wedding and those photos looked great. He made a digital album of about 100 photos available for a couple weeks while he got our photo disc ready to mail. When we got the disc (he had a super fast turnaround) we were surprised and pumped to see that there were hundreds and hundreds of photos and a lot of the them were worth blowing up and framing. I truly believe we got lucky in stumbling upon Gin & Sake Productions. Their pricing was great, it absolutely fit our modest budget, and their attention to details was more than we could have asked for. Plus, they're just really cool people.

    Beautiful

Brandon and Jill are amazing!! I am so happy we decided to go with Gin & Sake for our wedding. Brandon and Jill you two complement each other very well and have different approaches to picture taking... simply the BEST!! I am so happy Jill was able to join us for our wedding day. She was able to help calm me down especially during times when I looked a bit nervous or stressed out. Brandon was able to capture many wonderful candid shots and even a shooting star on the night of the wedding!! Jill was with me when I wanted to take pictures with my guests at each table which I am very grateful for!! I had about 200 people at my wedding and it was not easy trying to get a picture with everyone. I love all the photos and every picture was perfect!! Brandon and Jill thank you so much!! One of the best investments made for my wedding... you can't go wrong with Brandon and Jill.

We are a couple from Singapore who decided that we wanted to have our engagement shoot done in Las Vegas for its beautiful urban murals and desert landscape. After searching for a local photographer, we stumbled upon Gin and Sake's portfolio which stood out with their exceptional framing styles and unique perspective. Brandon was punctual and professional. He made us feel at ease during the shoot by making casual conversations and walking us through his process. He was patient and capable. The end product surpassed our expectations and was promptly delivered. He captured our best moments well and managed to juxtapose them tastefully with the Las Vegas scene. We had a pleasant and positive experience all in all. I cannot recommend him more if you would like to have a shoot done by an experienced and talented Las Vegas native at an affordable price.

They have a fun dynamic and together come up with the coolest shots. What drew me to her was her style-edgy, artistic, and creative compositions. If you're not looking for that type of photoshoot fear not, she can do any and all styles! I was so in love with her work that I ordered one of her custom collages and a photo book. She and her team are incredibly responsive- whether it be helping you to select the best photos for the album, reviewing swatch finishes for the cover, or going through the layouts for each spread to maximize the beauty of each photo. And then there's the collage. Her collages are so cool. Every one is unique to the client and she wants to make sure you LOVE it. We booked an elopement package" with this vendor: 3 venues, limo pickup, and taking us to such venues. Glitter Lans was *perfect* - he met us at our hotel, he took us to our limo, he saw I was so nervous, and he also *got our guests to the venue as well*. He knew the venue; he got us through.... and we took a gajillion pictures, he even let me be artsy-weirdo ("I want to do an American Gothic?") and was a-ok with this! We did the ceremony (which was so sweet; I quote the minister, Charles Petersen of the Little White Chapel to my new husband every day ("And in bad times, you have me"), and then he took us to the Fremont Street shoot What I never expected was the magic of Vegas: he walked us down Fremont Street (Old Vegas) and EVERYONE was so thrilled to be part of our day, we kept being told how thrilled folks were to see us - they were part of our magic, and we were part of their Vegas magic... because that's Vegas. I know it's odd to write a review before pictures are in, but their packages - they make things so. easy! And we just adored our photographer - my (new husband) talks about our photographer daily, and reminds me "we had to tip him" because he was so awesome. This is a Quality. Vendor. Trust the reviews.. I promise I will post at least one picture here - but that he made my wedding day such a magical, romantic, day? I had to login and recommend!

I'll go ahead and explain further. My services: first look & getting ready pictures. The little chapel elopement package. My experience rated for everything to help any bride to be: Caitlin - AMAZING 5 star service! She would quickly respond and answer all questions. Our photographer was Mike. My rate: 1) Personality- 5 stars. He was outgoing and friendly. Easy to talk to and avoid awkwardness 2) Photography - 3.5 he's been doing this for years per what he told me but it just didn't show. I expected to be guided and told how to pose from an expert so that our family pictures would come out nicely and not look disorganized. I had to pretty much just guess with my family and take the picture. And family members even made comments when we arrived to the hotel about how they felt we came out because he didn't tell us how to pose. For our private pictures on the strip those went a lot better, he did a great job of trying to take candid like pictures. Which is why I'm rating 3 stars because those honestly came out nice. Almost forgot!!!! I thought he'd take a picture of us with our rings but we had only our phone photos for that. I follow many photographers and many had the same must have bride pictures and I didn't get that :( Finished product: 3 stars. The edited photos as advertised are actually just black & white of the same pictures which I'm not even a fan of. I would've preferred them to give me other pictures than give me the same in black&white. There are some pictures that were edited like my dark elbow, they did go ahead and match it to skin tone. And one where a family member had her eyes closed so they edited her pic with eyes open. I went with rating 4 stars because I reached out to Caitlin because I expected a bit more pictures and I missed one of the locations due to us running late and the chapel also being super busy. It pushed us behind schedule and we had to shoot at only 1 location. Anywho, I reached out to her and she offered me a way to compensate for that. So that helped with rating extra. Would I recommend them to a friend? Most definitely but I'd tell them only if they are eloping privately. No family because my family pictures were just scrambled. I decided to upload 3 of my fave pictures (mind you I received first look, getting ready pics) and 1 of the family picture to give you an idea of what I meant by disorganized, clumpy look to it. Yes, we were a big family but as past experiences I've seen friends pictures and there family is bigger and their photos look amazing. Hope my review makes sense and helps you decide to go with them.
