Every time I call with questions "which was a lot" they have always been helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with my results back in 2016 which was a TT, muscle repair and Lipo. I have scheduled to finally have a breast augmentation done in the Spring by Dr. Swanson. One thing I admire is the doc is professional, safe, kind, patient and very skilled at what he does. My scar is very low and tummy flat. I didn't like my Belly Button and Dr. Swanson wanted to make sure I was happy so he fixed it when I came back in for Lipo on my back and arms the following year. Attached you will see a before pic and after. 6 years later I'm still very happy with my results. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post.
