Requested a comp for vehicle graphics March 21. It is now July 8. I have used this shop on 3 past occasions and had similar issues each time. Sllloooooowwwww. I think the owner of CW Wraps is a genuinely nice, hardworking guy and I think many people on their staff deserve high praise. They have some of the best equipment on the planet. That being said, some of the staff are clearly unprofessional and can't do their damn jobs. I cannot and will not comment on anything but the amount of time it has taken to receive A COMP. We aren't talking about an install, we are only talking about THE DESIGN. (Full disclosure: I worked for this business for a very short period of time but left on good terms. Before I placed this order, I asked Mr. Carlino if he had any problem doing this job for me, and I was told no. Every time I have checked in on this job (monthly), they continue telling be they have no problem working for me, and that a comp is on the way, they are just too busy. Therefore I can only draw one of 2 conclusions - they either lied or changed their minds, or they are grossly incompetent.) They advertise themselves as the best of the best. The work I have personally seen is very good. Waiting 1/3 OF A YEAR for a comp IS A JOKE. I guess if you need it in a year, CW Wraps will be a good choice. read more
