I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30. We had a little mixup on the invoice but I simply pointed it out and they were really accommodating about allowing me to call in with payment once they got the invoice corrected. I have gone through Mojo Print Solutions twice now for different projects and had very different experiences each time. The first time I went through them was earlier in the summer for a print job that needed done fairly last minute. They were done quite quickly and the man who was handling my prints called before the end of the day to let me know they were done and ready to be picked up. They looked very nice aside from one having lines through it and a minor mistake in one print's quantity. I was satisfied with the experience overall and decided to go through them again for a project this week. When I went into the shop the man remembered me from the last time and took down my specifications. He asked when I would like them to be done and I said before I go to work at 11 the next morning, so he said they'd be done around 10. Seeing as the last time I ordered prints I had received a call letting me know they were done I waited for him to call me this time as well, which never did happen. I ended up having to go to work early and had a family member pick up my prints for me instead. Upon arrival my family member was told in a rude tone that I "never showed up" and that he "never calls" to let customers know the prints are done after my family member explained the situation. My family member apologized because we were not aware that he wouldn't be calling us and he said it's okay because "everybody makes mistakes." Essentially he was blaming us for the misunderstanding although he never clearly stated that I was expected to be there right on time to get them and that it would be a problem if I couldn't. Although my prints turned out great I would never use Mojo again for printing services purely due to the poor customer service and disrespect they showed today. read more
