Horrible Customer Service. Goods are delivered late, Screen printing is crooked and off center, blank items are misplaced, the sales reps take no responsibility for their mistakes and they cannot follow simple instructions like SHIP THE ITEMS OVERNIGHT. I am a distributor and ordered embroidered caps for my customer's event. They told us they shipped with the other items we had ordered from them but when the boxes were opened those caps were not there. We called Zome who said they never embroidered them and they couldn't find the blank caps. Finally they find the blanks and say they can embroider them and ship them out that day by 8pm. I told them they need to ship OVERNIGHT and that I am not sure you can overnight the caps that late. They assured me they could. I told them that if they cant ship them overnight do NOT ship them at all. I said I will use my frequent flyer miles to fly from Seattle to Spokane and pick them up and fly back so my customer can get the caps in time for their event. Clearly, this is very important to me. I said it several times do NOT ship if it is not overnight. What did they do 3 hours later? they ship them GROUND and the caps arrived the day after my customers event. This is one of several mistakes they have made in a very short window of time. In addition to the poor service, the screen printing is not good. The prints are off center and crooked and the white base shows though the top color ink. One more example... I have a cable network customer who ordered t-shirts with their logo on the front. We asked for pre-production samples to make sure that the logo colors were matched correctly and that the print looked good. The red color ended up orange and the O in my customer's logo was oblong instead of round. I was concerned but asked them to do another pre-production proof and to correct these issues. They sent out another batch and the color looked better but the print was way off center, crooked and the white base was showing through. If these were the pre-production proofs that we were using for the approval process and they look this bad, just imagine how horrible the full printed run would have been. I pulled the order and had it printed elsewhere. UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 2 star because the owner called me and apologized. He took responsibility and said this is not the experience he wants customers to have. He was genuine and accountable and for me that goes a long away. He also said he would use this as a teaching moment for staff on how to handle situations better. He realizes there is not much he can do at this point for me, but he offered to personally take care of our account, if we would consider giving them another chance. If I do, I will post another update to let you know if this was a one-off situation or if I would add stars. read more

They have an excellent selection of products and were helpful in guiding me to the product that would work best for what I needed. They have a very friendly staff and didn't rush me at all. Be aware that this company does not give refund. Be aware that product was cheaply made and product that embroidered was put on is crappy made. Do not be fooled by pictures and photo advertised on website. I would never buy or recommend this to anyone I go to school with. read more

These guys are terrible. Customer service is not a priority. I have e-mailed twice trying to see about returning a Gonzaga Sweatshirt that I ordered online. The sweatshirt is thin and the decal is cheap vinyl. Not at all like the picture shown.(It looks more embroidered on and it's most definitely not.) I wish had found an actual Gonzaga store first. The prices were pretty comparable but the quality is not there. read more

Can i rate a Zero star????? I would never recommend this place. I ordered a custom made shirt from their online site. I received an email confirming my order but nothing to confirm details of shipping. When I contacted the vendor a few days later they stated most customer made orders take 2-3 weeks. Which I thought was fair. When the order had not been delivered I contact them via email since I had no other option to track order. I promptly received another email stating it would take 2-3 weeks to finish. In conclusion DO NOT BUY customer made gear off their web site read more

Ordered 2 Barats and Bereta shirts from this company on January 17th for $53. Received a confirmation letter and my card was charged. Said it was supposed to ship January 27th. I emailed them twice the first 2 weeks of February because I still hadn't heard anything from them and they never responded, so I called a number of times and left messages because I never got an answer. I never got any calls back. Finally I got a hold of someone named Sunshine and she was very friendly and helpful and she found out that they hadn't been printed or something like that, so she did all she could to get them printed and finally mid February, a month after placing my order, they emailed me a tracking code and said they'd sent the package. 2 weeks later and there were still no updates on the tracking code (it just said, "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on February 16, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.") I began calling them again, almost every day, trying to get a hold of someone. Every time I got a hold of Sunshine, she was friendly and helpful, but she didn't have the power to do anything about it except call the production managers and everyone she could to try to get them to do something about it. She even gave me the cell number of the production manager responsible but he never answered or returned my calls, even though Sunshine kept telling him he /had/ to do so. After pestering them for literally 2 weeks, the production manager finally called. He was very rude and never apologized or anything, but did say that they finally sent my shirts via Fed-Ex, so I should have them in a few days. I am very disappointed with the company and the way they handled the whole thing. It took them 2 months to ship my shirts, and everyone I talked to besides Sunshine was very unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I will not be buying from them ever again. $53 and hours and hours of my time is too much to pay for 2 T-shirts that you won't even get for 2 months. read more

They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered and you never actually know when your item will be shipped, which I learned the hard way. I placed an order for a shirt on 8/22 and it said it would be an estimated ship date of 9/5. On 9/12 I emailed customer service to ask about the status of my order as my tracking number listed the item as "in production." I never received a response. On 9/17 I called customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. "Katie" said that wasn't their policy but she would have their manager call me back to discuss it. It is now 9/19 and I called customer service AGAIN to find out they shipped my item on 9/18 AFTER I tried to cancel the order. Without putting me on hold, I could hear "Katie" tell the manager that it was "that angry lady calling about the shirt again who wants a refund and she's really pissed but I don't know what you are going to do about it." I told the manager what happened and he said they print shirts custom when they have a large enough order and that I had to confirm in 5 different places when I place the order that it was an estimated ship date and he asked what they could do to better their website. I told them to either leave off the "estimated ship date" or list one that is realistic. When I told him I understood his cancellation policy but was upset with their customer service and the fact that no one called me back when they said they would, his reply was "well, I thought Katie explained it to you." All he offered me was a promo code but I told him I didn't want it and that I would never be ordering from them again and his answer was "Okay, that's fine." Really??? From a manager? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service and you NEVER know when you will receive your items. read more

Brayden saved the day at Zome Design! So I downloaded the yelp app just to write a review. My daughters school did not give the parents enough time I feel to order tshirts. It was not Zomes fault but I called to see if I could order so my daughter didn't miss out. Brayden helped me so she didn't have to miss out. Thank you! I would definitely NOT recommend zome design for any promotional products or sceen printing or anything else, there production facility in the industrial park has many outstanding bills from several local contractors and that they for no reason will not pay, untill these are paid I will be speading the word about zome and we will see you in court. Wonder if these reviews are real. Zome Design not only gave me the run around on delivery date, Rusty was rude and, when I lost my patience, accused Me of being rude. Shipped the order 45 days after I disputed it. Someone else accepted in my absence, and when I returned the merchandise, they claimed they never received it. Maybe they only want to do BB, but as a consumer, I am disgusted how a company can lie to a merchant and keep both the money and merchandise. My credit card company understood they were lying and gave my money back, but it is appalling that they can get away with this. I imagine their previous reviews are from friends or maybe other business with large orders. If you are a consumer, go elsewhere. read more

We're so sad to rate them so badly this year. We've been using them for our event for three years now and the years before they have been awesome and have had great customer service and fast delivery! But this year our event was the beginning of September, and while we did get our shirts on time, they still have not gotten us our money we earned going through them!!! It has almost been three months! Last year we got it the week after our event. We have called them probably thirty times now and we NEVER get called back. We have left so many messages asking for our money and we've not heard anything or received anything from them. We think its because we are a smaller event, only about 100 participants, so they don't care if they lose us as customers. Advice for anyone using these guys, hopefully you are a big enough event and money maker for them so they will treat you the way you deserve and actually be helpful!!!
