During my encounter with Sam, he said that perfection is impossible, but he would get me as close to perfection as possible and that is exactly what he did. From the moment I met Sam, he was nothing but straight forward and honest. I knew, after talking with him, that I did not want anyone else to do my repairs. He was my only choice. I had several things that needed repairing: he gave me some self-help remedies for the issues that did not require a professional. My kitchen ceiling was literally hanging due to an AC leak (and yes there was mold) and I also had ceiling damage in my bedroom from a leaky roof. For more reasons than one, I had not gotten the repairs fixed, which were ongoing issues. I had gotten the ceiling repaired once before, but the AC started leaking again. The 2nd time was worse than the first. I was unable to open my kitchen cabinets doors. Also, it was the first thing visitors saw when they entered my home. It was an eyesore that could not be ignored. Sam, Josh, and Cristian (who helped with the demolition part of the job) were all amazing!
