Our Garage Door broke and came off the tracks during the winter storm and nobody would come out due to the road conditions. Leaving our hot water heater exposed to the elements. Today I used TJ's to help me with a garage door opener and remote that I inherited when I bought my new house last week. The garage door was not working very well because one of the sensors was missing and it also was very squeaky. They added lubricant to the garage door springs and railing and added the missing sensor. I think he made other adjustments too but I had to go back in the house and work for a little bit. Long story short, they fixed all of my problems at an extremely reasonable rate! Highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. I met TJ by chance at a big box store as I was looking to replace a garage door opener l. As I compared the options he walked up and asked if he could make a suggestion. I was happy for his input. He then let me know he owned a garage door company and the unit he suggested was one he used most. I asked if he wanted to install for me. I called TJ after high recommendations of my brother-in-law. I explained garage door opener worked but the remotes didn't because somehow the repeater wires had been cut. He had me send pics of equipment, came out and reinstalled existing repeater. Old remotes began working again. We fully expected him to sell us new opener (ours in more than 30 years old). Instead of a $350+ expense TJ fixed our problem for less than $50, the usual cost a a single remote. We are extremely impressed with his honestly. He could have easily said the system was antiquated and needed to be replaced.
