(some of the clientel here are kind of older) what a shame, taking advantage of people who come to you for help. My mom once came to him to ask for a phone for traveling to Vietnam. He offered her a used iPhone 4 for $250. Are you shitting me? Good thing she asked me before she bought it (this was in late 2015. I also recently learned he charged my dad 20$ to change his sim card from one phone to another. What a piece of work. Go somewhere else for phones and phone services. Going with a agent I quickly realized she not only was able to score our air fair cheaper than any website or travel site such as Kayak or Orbit. She also suggested what time of year to travel making sure to save us top dollar!!! We even able to UPGRADE TO 1ST. CLASS with the extra money we had put aside for the tickets I was able to put money down and pay for the plane tickets now and they are allowing me to make payments towards our vacation in 2022. I also was able to give them cash for the tickets and Betty Ann was able to use the travel agency to charge the air fair. Something I thought we were going to have a problem with seeing both of us was not to eager using our credit cards. But everything has went so smooth so far. Now that the air fair is out of the way she was able to find us a perfect all inclusive resort in Jamaica! We are super excited to go! The accommodations are 5 star and we are able to kind of customize the itinerary making sure there is things we both were looking forward to doing is on the list! I will be sure to update my review once we get back from our mini holiday! But I felt I needed to share how much money and time we were able to save and without paying extra, they saved us even more money than if I was to do everything myself and offered some awesome suggestions for our travel as well.

If you need a passport or renewal save yourself the time!…read more I spent a month in the attempt of getting a passport appointment trying 5-10 times a day. I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience!
