Needing a new brake cable installed on my bike, I got a great service from this recently opened shop. Rather than be told that I'd have to wait until sometime later in the week, here I simply wheeled my bike in, and 15 minutes later had a newly installed cable ready to go. The price, for both labour and cable, was also good at £8.
More generally, this shop sells the usual range of bikes, though focusing more on bikes for the road than off-road. There are kids bikes. hybrids, some road bikes (and some rather nice accessories for the latter) and a couple of token-effort, psuedo-city bikes. The normal range of accessories, from puncture repair kits to fancy hydration and refuelling gels can be found here too.
The service from the mechanic was friendly, offering to adjust the cable for free when it stretched a few days into use.
