First don't be fooled by the big building , sign , or merchandise in window . This is nothing more then shady dude trying to rip people off and he is exactly what you fear when buying something from a private party. He has his staff trained to tell you whatever is best foe sale . all lies . i bought a honda cbr with under 2k miles that was 26 years old . I was fed bullshit about what the service department did to the bike . it sat for a while before they purchase bike . i was told they went through carbs and bike was "brand new" I purchased the bike . I had bike for 7 miles when i could tell the carbs had some restriction . i took it back to cycle warehouse the next day and wasn't offered any help with fixing it . they suggested what I should do and said keep riding it it will work itself out . needless to say i took bike back home and tore it apart . i got carbs off the bike . i didn't even have to unhook everything cause they already had thing disconnected from when they let the kids play mechanic .i got down to taking the 4th carbirator bowl off and when it came off one of the Jets was laying in the bottom of the bowl . I cleaned and put jets in proper carburetor . cylinder 2 and 3 have slightly different size openings and whoever worked on bike there obviously disnt know this and has no idea how to use you tube ,Google' or read a engine schematic . it took me about 8 hours to do all this work and I have never tore a motorcycle apart before in my life . 1 this is not a motorcycle repair shop 2. Sales / service/ parts . .no one in any of these "departments is honest or even knowledgeable. Im sure whoever wrote a good review is a friend or has a Harley . they don't care about anyone or anything else except for maybe making a buck. . . . bet they aren't in business in two years . read more

Bought a 2014 Moto Guzzi. The price was fair, the dealer fees were only $150, and they had it ready when promised. Couldn't give 5 stars because they said they did pre delivery service, but did not give me any record of it. No big deal because I do my own maintenance anyway and the bike did pass inspection shortly after I picked it up. read more

I reach you I recently purchased a supposedly new engine from cycle warehouse. Supposedly never started and made with all new parts from the factory complete with 6 month warranty. This was certain criteria that I demanded based on the fact that I lived in California and they're based out of Pennsylvania. I was very pleased with the price and the service I received while trying to finish the deal and collect my money. And that's about where the good news ended. the motor made about 200 miles before catastrophic failure. I contacted cycle warehouse and they couldn't even find the record of my purchase for 2 weeks and then specifically told me to call this number and deal with the builder of the motor which was very odd. After multiple phone calls over weeks and weeks and weeks I have gotten 0 responses have been flat out lied to my face about parts being in route via shipment. They have cost me additional money for towing and storage finally to the point where they will not even receive my phone calls and have told me pretty much to go screw myself. I have had to seek legal counsel and I'm currently in a lawsuit against cycle warehouse for ripping me off. Please don't fall into the same trap that I did steer clear of these rip off artists and spend your money somewhere else. They are rude they do not give a shit about the customer all they want is your money and once they have it its like you don't even exist. Now I have proper documentation and I'm going to get my money back with the damages but what a nightmare what a headache my summer is completely ruined because my motorcycle is sitting here in parts after a motor I bought supposedly parts and labor warranty included. read more
