My only gripe was being told that a fairly common part would have to be back ordered and I wouldn't have it until nearly the end of the summer. My first visit to New Castle Harley-Davidson in New Castle, PA was an Open House Event so it was slightly crowded. There were two parts counter guys that I overheard talking. The younger one was obviously hungover and stinking of stale booze, while the other was telling the story of how he smoked so much the night before that he was still stoned. To top it off, neither ever asked me if I needed help or even recognized that I was there. I will not return till they get respectable employees and ownership. read more

I have ordered many parts for my Harley's over the years from them and never had an issue. Yes, some were not in stock and had to be ordered but there was never what I would consider an unreasonable wait. I consider myself a reasonable person though. It seems that some with the constant need for immediate gratification might be miffed. Too bad for them. Shipping speed in gerneral is reasonable. The prices I've found generally are some of the lowest I've seen. The only reason I have purchased elsewhere was when the shipping cost made the purchase much more expensive. read more

The worst experience ever. After spending few thousand on parts for my new bike, they froze and canceled all my orders. That's how they treat new customers. Started thinking why did I just buy a new Harley, if that's how Harley treat their new customers who wants to spend more money on their bikes! Beware! read more

I'm in the market for an authentic Harley Davidson T-shirt to be given as a gift. I sent an email, stating what I'm looking for, but never received a reply. I work during the day, so calling isn't convenient within their hours of business. Used my break to call - was told there are too many styles of T-shirts to display on their website, so that idea was a bust. The only way for me to purchase one is to stop at the store - again - not possible because of work. My opinion? Not overly eager to make a sale, albeit just a T-shirt, but still...makes me wonder how they stay in business... read more

Terrible Customer service. Made a complete order with charge to my credit card. Two days later my order gets place in a hold status because of the inability to keep prices up to date. Wanted me to pay more for false advertising. Called to go ahead and suck it up and make the purchase and within the 2 hour opportunity to actually call had been told my order was cancelled after 48 hours because they "didn't here from me". I was going to pay because the web page basically states all the risk is on the buyer because this is too much work for them. Sorry I was stationed overseas and my timetable doesn't meet the convenience of your daily 2 hour window. Poor business ethic and management! I'll spend the money at Surdyke. read more

Not located right on the map...shop is on 422 between new castle and rt 19. Decent service...I was going to buy my bike here but got a better deal at Sharon HD shop. I order parts here though and that is ok. read more
