No offer to look online for the item to see if he could make a sale today. Lo and behold the item is available online. He was informed that the item is available online and only then did he want to make a sale for his store. If your store is or isn't busy take a moment to help the customer and make the sale. My company has a location in Twinsburg, Ohio, and we go to Sign-A-Rama yearly for promotional…read morepieces for our events. We have a promotion coming up, so I shot an email to Sign-A-Rama explaining what I needed, and when. (A 4-foot-by-2-foot "check" to be given as a donation to Goodwill on WKYC during a partnered donation drive we sponsor for them.) Sign-A-Rama had a proof emailed to me of the check within a day or two. They emailed me an invoice, and I forgot to respond with how I was going to pay. Because they know this project has a deadline, they called me to remind me about making my payment so they could begin production. I called to pay by phone, and we were finished! The check will be ready for pick up when I am in town next Friday. This is the 3rd year in a row we are using them for this oversized "check" for our partnership donation drive. Came in to pick up a package that was tracked to this location, was taken care of by a very rude…read moreindividual. His name is Adam. He was continuously trying to antagonize me as a female took over. My package location said Northfield and customer service confirmed it was there, signed for by a confirmed employee. The two employees present refused to be helpful and said it's not here even though it is. I recorded the one employee threatening to call the cops on me after I asked her for managers phone number and or work email. The employees continuously said they weren't going to provide any information. I asked when the manager would be present and they said I'm not telling you I don't know. The whole situation was unprofessional and the male threatened me. I asked over 10 times for Adam to stop talking to me and I was trying to deal with the other lady. So now my package is lost after their employee Renee signed for the package at 10:43 am, I also have a video confirming at Renee was in fact there at that time and she was not supposed to be signing for anything. **update** although there was an issue the manager Chad was very helpful and he immediately found my package and was very apologetic for his staff.
