You can point this out and they will acknowledge that it was a mistake on their part, and then they'll bill you anyway. You may not be able to get a hold of someone if you need them. They left me hang for an entire week without meds only to find out on a Friday before a holiday , that my Dr isn't comfortable prescribing the same meds I've been taking for years. They told me that I have to start over with a new Dr that they will assign sometime after the holiday. You should find another provider, this place is a mess that you can definitely live without.

I say this with full sincerity: please, please do not use this provider…read more There is nothing worse than being diagnosed by someone who will eventually make your problems worse and blame you for it. They act like a mental illness they diagnosed you with isn't capable of affecting your day-to-day life. Was told that being double-charged was my fault because I set my appointments last-minute, was accused of lying and "always making excuses" when I said I haven't had any income for 1.5 months, that staff would tell my psychiatrist Linda that she should drop me because I often have trouble affording/scheduling appointments. But like they would say "you should check next time because I think she's looking into your insurance provider." Unlike Linda, I don't make $150 for a 15-minute phone call. I admit that I am late and bad at making appointments, which is because they stopped setting them up after I missed ONE. Now it has snowballed into this, my account being drained of my first paycheck at a new job once they double charged me, but according to MVC/Linda it's still my fault. Maybe they made my problems worse to get rid of me.

I have no knowledge of their actual healthcare providers. I can tell you that their administrative office has some of the worst processes I've ever encountered in a healthcare environment. After over three months of errors, including: - Sending an online PDF document (that can't be filled out, so you have to print it out and mail it back - very 90s). - When sending requests for records from my husband's doctors, they just sent a pile of paperwork with the actual request on the bottom of the stack, so his doctors didn't know they were required to do anything (2 out of the 3 thought they were just being updated on my husband's treatment). It took us calling the doctors (not the clinic, mind you) to figure out what happened. - After telling my husband that he would need a psych eval from their doctor and that it could be telehealth, after all this (we are now 3 months into just trying to get an initial appointment), he was told he'd "have to come in". This, despite knowing that he is agoraphobic. At this point I left two messages (again - if you call their office after hours they do not identify themselves under any name) and underscored my frustration at the delays. I said that their atrocious office processes have delayed things to an unacceptable degree and to either straighten out the mess and provide an appointment or we would be going somewhere else. Instead of admitting their errors or at the very least apologize for the confusion and delays, they gaslit my husband and told him that, based on my phone calls, they would not take him as a patient. If that is their reaction, imagine if anything went wrong with a treatment. They'd blame the patient. No way am I putting my husband at such a risk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this clinic, and their doctors should worry about their reputation being linked to it. I already have calls into the State of NH Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General's Office, Psychology Today, and plan to also call the American Medical Association.

She has the ability to get right to the heart of an issue, but does so in a kind, gentle way. You can go weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you have completed your therapy, you can come in for a "tune up" if you need it. I, myself, had gone through a period of therapy, had stopped going, and then found myself back a year or so later, to deal with some things that had come up in my life. I left a voicemail for this "provider" and when she called back I was in the middle of saying one sentence to a cashier so i simply asked, Please hold on this will take 1 second, well it took 14 seconds which was apparently too long for Danielle to wait so she hung up without warning. Her initial call to me was at 3:23 pm,my call back to her after she hung up...still 3:23 pm and I can provide a screenshot picture of this. Of coarse when I called back I knew she wasn't going to answer because in the two words she did speak to me I already got the sense I was being judged and simply put, she didn't care! I left a very nice message and expected any person in the field of helping people, kids especially would call me back. She didn't! This happened on January 16th, surely if she had any care or professionalism I would've at least received a call at some point, well I did in fact, but not until I called on January 23 letting her know how unhappy I was and that I would never refer anyone to her and her lack of empathy is a stark contrast to her EXACT job description in CARING for people. Danielle called me back on January 24th "no doubt" to cover her tracks only to let me now know she was only calling in the first place to tell me she wouldn't be working with my children anyway! Great huh :) Simply put, this woman needs to be in a different career one that will allow for zero empathy and their own presumed right to judge the population she 'wants" to work with.
