I finally started seeing Hunter & in just two months he had me back up & running without knee pain for the first time since I was a child! Beyond happy. He was always professional but very friendly, easy to talk to, & genuinely seems like he loves his job & enjoys helping people. He is one of those professionals who practices what he preaches, which is refreshing - as in he works out regularly & eats healthy too (he's not someone who preaches that smoking is bad & then smokes himself). HIGHLY recommend! Can not say enough good things about him. Side note: although I never used it, they do have a day care area, you just have to "reserve" a spot ahead of time. (FYI - it's not free but I do believe it's really cheap, I can't remember exactly how much though)

I was glad to work with this one lady as she helped us look at what someone did and watched some impotant words and matching what goes here! Because of this suppourt it ALSO helpded me get back on track to find out how to get me back in these schools cause all of the schools hated my IEP and they kicked me out and also wanted me to go to Gardner High School And Lienruburg High School Area since they where better with IEPS but now that i have someone to help i was hoping to get back on track as soon as i can... And our IEP will be set up on the website singed for our IEP card connected to the address of where we live.. But i cannot give that out only on this review! Bill Chapman is the most compassionate, intelligent hard working professional I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took amazing care of my son when he was recovering from brain surgery because of a cancerous tumor. He also took care of my husband when he ruptured his Achilles. Now, it was my turn with an arthritic knee. I have learned more about my body and what it is capable of from Bills educational physical therapy sessions. He doesn't just pop you on a machine and watch from afar or give you a quick routine that you could whip through on your own. The exercises, stretches, massages and progressive strengthening doesn't ever go without explanation, education and encouragement. He works tirelessly on your mind, body and spirit! It goes above and beyond what is probably expected and required of him. You always feel like the most important person in the room. I know I am getting much more than the BEST possible therapy. I tell everyone I know to go there and request Bill and no one is ever disappointed. I look forward to my visits and make sure I keep my end up at home with his plan for me. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my progress that we have BOTH worked so diligently on. I am just as committed as Bill is to my recovery. She is the first clinician who sat with me to thoroughly explain what was going on with my body, through viewing my x-rays, computer generated anatomical pictures, and her own words. Her use of body adjustment/alignment techniques, Dry Needling, body work and prescribed exercises, helped me recover much of my regular functional life activities. Recently, it seems, traditional physical therapy has become more of a targeted fitness training specific to post-surgical and trauma recovery. At Boudreau Physical Therapy, your experience will be different. You won't find high-tech weight machines or exercise stepping machines. Instead you will find a practicianer (yes, an RPT and a PTA) and they are likely to give you exercises that you can work on at home (complete with little pictures.) However you will also find a treatment table, a hands-on experience that brings focused attention to the areas you feel need to be worked on. It has been my experience that the PT I have received from Boudreau and Associates has brought healing and wholeness that I can't find in fitness machines. The process used is called Integrated Manual Therapy (IMT) and it basic premise is that whole body functions as a system made up of the other systems of the body. In my experience, they were quick to mark appointments as missed or "no show" even when there were scheduling issues on their side. Those missed visits were then billed to workers' comp and later used to label me as "noncompliant," which can jeopardize your case. It felt like the documentation sent to the insurance company did not fairly reflect what actually happened with my appointments. Instead of working with me to keep treatment on track, it felt like they used the system against me. I want to be clear: my complaint is about the way management and administration handle workers' comp cases, not the individual physical therapists themselves. But because of how my workers' comp claim was handled, I would not recommend this Worcester, MA location to anyone dealing with a work-related injury.

It is not like your traditional PT place. They use a different technique, biosynchronistics. I can't really explain it but check out their website for sure. I did have to make my appointment far in advance and I do have to drive an hour there but believe me it is so worth it. I had my pain under control through acupuncture (read review!) by the time my appointments started but knew I had to correct my posture and how I carried my body. AMAZING! I am so glad I go here and it is working wonders. I feel centered and am aware of how I move my body. I can't say enough great things about this place. You need to check it out for yourself!
