I would definitely have missed this email, so I'm thankful she reminded me! There's another young woman who works there and some guys who help load my car and, again, they are so nice! Oh yeah, and they do a great job (lol). I use them often for heavy duty event linens (wash, dry, and fold) and they are very reasonably priced and come packaged neatly and compactly. Previous review: I recently had to have a large number of black table linens cleaned and knew just the place to go. They have a service where they can wash, dry, fold, and package linens in a way that is affordable and easy to carry (they provide large substantial bags). I've used Orchid Cleaners for linens a few times and always had a good experience. Note that you can drive right up and pick up your clothes (drive-thru style). It's not immediately obvious, so it's more of an IYKYK kind of thing. Highly recommend!

I have never had any issues with missing items or the quality of the service. They offer alterations and are always done right. Turnaround time is pretty good, even on busy seasons. Prices are fair.
