He was behind the counter taking care of business and helping customers and took time to guide me on which machines to use (and saved me money at same time)! He helped me from start to finish -- pointed out which machines would take care of what I needed, especially since I had so much. Washing everything at home would've taken me days! We brought in my fiancée's $650 dress the day before leaving for our Marine Corps Ball, and they returned it ripped with distressed fabric marks. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately tried to blame us, claiming we bought the dress already torn. When we showed them photos of the dress before drop off in perfect condition. They switched the story and said it must have been a "manufacturing issue." When that excuse didn't work, they blamed us for supposedly selecting the "wrong service," despite the dress having clear care instructions on the tag. The dress was supposed to be pressed, not thrown into a bag with other clothes and run through what looked like an industrial wash. I expect professionals to read labels and handle expensive garments properly especially formalwear. We were left with a ripped, damaged dress 24 hours before our event, no solution, and no accountability from the business. The whole situation was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Given the fact that they had my dress for more than three months I excepted my dress to be returned in near perfect condition... unfortunately, that is not the case. There is still a significant amount of mulch and grass in the dress. There seems to be a an ample amount of dirty in the sweetheart neckline. I am extremely disappointed. Not only in the lack of customer service and the timeline but the quality of their work is non existent. If the dress turned out perfect I wouldn't mind it taking three months, or the fact that they didn't have the boxes in stock to store the dresses or the fact they they never called me to give me an update. In the end, go elsewhere for your expensive gowns. This place doesn't provide the attention to detail that's required to care for the most important dress you'll ever wear.

From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

They immediately and arranged to pick up our laundry at our home the same day. They were able to handle over 200 pounds of laundry and return it to us perfectly folded and completely clean by the next afternoon.
