While the purchase of a new property was possibly contingent upon the sale of our Ca property, Steve continued to hang-in and showed us properties that were possible homes. Well we have decided to go new with Ball for a new home and despite Ball having there people, Steve is there to review the documents and make sure we have an expert to call on for help. Anne Owen's bought my apartment during my lease and it couldn't have gone worse. They tried to say they could keep my deposit because certain rights get transferred to them when the lease is transferred, but could not provide any proof or even given us a copy of a lease under them. They covered our utilities and trash, but multiple times they were turn off or trash cans taken (assuming they don't pay the bill). They did not respond to any maintenance requests, let the grass grow to my knees and tried to deny my deposit back simply because I didn't give thirty days notice that I was vacating the property. I gave a 55 days notice. They have no clue what's going on with any of their properties and couldn't care less. Their properties are poorly marinated and overpriced. If I could give 0 stars I would.
