Absolutely incredible experience. I needed to get rid of a couch that was in my apartment when I moved in 6 years ago. Booked a next day pickup for an extremely reasonable flat rate. Carlos & team were friendly, responsive, and rolled with the punches when they realized the couch wouldn't fit in the apartment elevator and would have to go down 4 flights of stairs. It ended up being a much more complicated process involving him sawing the thing in half, but they were positive and pleasant the whole time and didn't even hint at charging extra.
