They notified us that they would come by for a bid between 9:00 and 11:00 and would call 20 minutes before they arrive. I sent them a message at 10:35 asking where they were and their message was to call them. I did and their arrogant representative said that the owner cancelled because we couldn't afford their prices. That was two weeks ago when I said their price was unaffordable. Since this company responded to me today and wanted to give us a bid, I figured they were going to be lower than their previous estimate.
