I was very clear about what I wanted: a thorough cleaning, boxes neatly lined up and organized, and removal of unwanted items so the space would look clean and put together.  I was quoted between $500-$600, which set a certain expectation for the quality and level of service. The team that arrived was polite and professional, and they worked for about 2.5 hours. While the garage did look somewhat better when they finished, it fell well short of what I had described and what I expected for that price.  The organization was minimal, items were not arranged in a neat or cohesive way, and overall it did not reflect the level of detail I was led to believe I would receive. I reached out afterward requesting a partial refund of $150 to reflect the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, but I have not received a response. I would recommend that anyone considering this company get a very detailed, written scope of work upfront--including exactly what will be done and how long they plan to work--so expectations are clear on both sides. Based on my experience, the service did not match the quoted value, and that was disappointing. I now feel that it was a bait and switch encounter.
