My appointment was for 3 pm and I arrived at 2:20 pm. I did not see him until 3:40 pm. All went well initially during my consultation until he saw on my previous blood test that I had a mildly elevated PSA level. He then announced that he could not prescribe T for me because it would make my cancer grow. That is a TOTAL MYTH that is now over 80 years old and was debunked in the 1990's. He was not interested in my informing him of this. I even offered to sign a waiver of liability for him so that I could give the TRT a try to see if it helped my symptoms. NO! He wanted me to run to a urologist and have a lot of painful and debilitating procedures (like hit or miss prostate biopsies) done to verify that I did not have any prostate cancer and, then, he might prescribe for me. I said I was not interested in any of that and that the American Urological Association does NOT recommend any prostate cancer screening for any males 70 or older and, more importantly, it is NOT mandatory to begin TRT. He seemed to not be aware of any of that. Anyway, he was NOT interested in my opinion, the latest American Urological Association guidance on TRT or, it seemed, much in my symptoms which are starting to get severe. Consequently, I definitely do NOT recommend him for any Low T seniors in search of TRT so they can feel better. He will just waste your time, money, and worse of all emotions. IMO, any senior male seeking TRT should screen an endocrinologist BEFORE committing to an office visit. Find out, over the phone, if they will prescribe TRT for a senior patient with a mildly elevated PSA (which can be caused by MANY things that have nothing to do with prostate cancer!) and if they say they won't, then hang up and try another one. Don't give up until you find one that is up to date on the latest American Urological Association's treatment guidance for TRT in seniors so you can give TRT a try to see if it helps you like it has helped millions of others.

I went there to escort my grandfather a while back. I was surprised by the unprofessionalism that some of the staff members projected. Some people shouldn't work in a field where the health and welfare of their patient isn't their priority. After all this frustration and waiting for as long as we did. In the light of day, a young lady named Rebeka was courteous and asked us on our status and dedicated to making our wait bearable and understandable. She handled the situation with answering our questions and diligently facilitated so the chaotic and misconceptions situations. My grandfather was very pleased with her diffusing a situation. Thank you very much, Ms Rebeka

The results had to be my doctor's office by August 25th. I get a call from my doctor's. I was stating they need the clearance and the report on my x-ray of my chest. That was on August 26th. My doctor's office called them twice. They never returned the call so I had to call them twice that day. The next day the 27th. I called four times stated I need the clearance paper signed by an MD or a Do not a doctor's assistance. I had to go there in person requesting the results of my physical and for the clearance paper to be signed by an MD or Do. The papers are given to me but signed by the doctor's assistance. And for the reason that I needed an MD or Do sign on the clearance paper is for insurance reasons. So I had to call Care station again requesting that I needed this clearance paper signed by a doctor. So now I may not have my surgery on September 1st. So I will stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache. Very incompetent people.
