Janet has a basic diagnosis method and will give you medicine for it. You go home finish the medication prescribed and come back again and that's when you get the right diagnosis and medicine. It's a nice way to get co-pay from you twice + bill your insurance twice. Stay away from the scamsters. By the way this has been my experience 5 times since 2010. Asked the desk if there is a way to get my point across they said they couldn't do anything about it.

She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.

I went shopping immediately afterwards (looking for Sanna's shoes which I loved) since I felt great, wasn't in any pain, and didn't have any facial bruises (even after 80 units!). She is the most honest, down to earth, caring, compassionate, fun spirited, knowledgeable, experienced doc I've ever met. She genuinely cares for her patients, takes the time to listen, provides sage guidance and advice, and isn't in the biz for the cash. Also took forever to get test results and when I got results but it didn't make sense . I believe they no longer had results and just made results up .
