However, the establishment does not have appointments so every time I come I have to wait 30+ minutes and I can't plan my day. They desperately need more staff, appointments, and to update / clean their facility. The couches you wait on are badly damaged and the whole facility is not very cleanly. I ONLY come back here for the woman who does threading because she's the best but I can't really recommend this place to friends for all the reasons above. She barely uses 4 strips and we are done!! In and out under 15 min. She was also able to sell me microdermabrasion facial which I had not gotten it done as such before, I think that was the reason my face is not breakout free. I do not know the lady's name who did my eyebrows, but I asked her not to arch them, only to clean them up and she did an amazing job. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I'm from Southern California where eyebrow threading places were everywhere, some women even did it in their own homes. I've had a bit of trouble finding a new eyebrow artist since I came to Michigan, as my skin is too sensitive for waxing (plus I'm a baby with no pain threshold). I decided to give this place a shot since my brows were a disaster and it was close by. Usha was quick to welcome me and get me seated. The back area and waiting room were really clean and simple. We talked a bit about how I wanted my brows, not too thick or thin. To be honest I just want them to look "natural and pretty", and I don't necessarily know what shape or arch that entails so I honestly just left it up to Usha LOL. She made me feel like a million bucks, I love my brows so much. Plus I have to say that she was by far the most gentle threader I've ever had - I was hardly tearing up and I ALWAYS do. Some places I look I legit cried. She was really quick but my brows don't look bad or misshapen at all! And no stray hairs or skin nicks either! I've even had places accidentally yank out an eyelash (OUCH), but not here! I also appreciate that she has a stamp card that you can stamp every time you come in.
