Jamuna is the BEST! I am very particular and like my eyebrows done a certain way so I usually stick to 1 person. The person that I usually see wasn't there, so I was skeptical but was going on vacation & so I took a chance. she did an AMAZING JOB. They were literally perfect. Not 1 hair out of place. Very clean looking finish, just all around perfect. So good that I ended up getting a full body wax. There was not a single hair left and she didn't take long at all. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Don't trust these reviews like I did. My eyebrows were my best feature, and I always got compliments on them...I have always had thick, fluffy, nice brows but she honestly made them so thin and took off my arch, I cried. I have experienced bad service in the past but never this bad. My eyebrows aren't growing back bc of the trauma she caused on them. I don't know if I will ever get my brows back but I know you shouldn't come here if u care for ur brows. It's unbelievable how different my eyebrows are now. I ordered a serum off amazon so I hope that helps with the growth. If you like your brows thick and even don't come here pls save yourself I wish I did. The customer service sucked as well. I felt that it was rushed. I am always nervous when I get my brows done but never imagined my eyebrows being this bad. You commented back saying you checked for my name and it didn't show? This has to be a joke. Firstly, I specifically set up an appointment with someone and they had someone completely different do my eye brows. Went to get thread and tint and ended up with two completely different brows. Not the same shape, thickness, and the tint isn't even even. Never again. read more

TERRIBLE. me and my cousin went for a girls day and she raved about how great Rupa was and how she had been going for awhile now. So i trusted her and she booked two appointments both with rupa for us. we get there and she started with her first and i was waiting on the couches when another woman told me to come sit in the chair. since i had an appointment with rupa as well i figured she was going to jump to me considering she had to let the tint sit on my cousins eyebrows and she had plenty of time. instead the woman who told me to sit down then proceeds to get the thread ready and i already knew it was going down hill. so rupa then goes and sits down with the other women in the corner and had some random lady do my eyebrows when she had plenty of time to do mine in between. i mean i did have an appointment with her .. the lady barely did a good job. i had to have her go back and fix them multiple times due to her leaving stray hairs behind. they still look terrible and now one is thicker than the other. she ruined my natural shape and did a HALF ASS job. same with the upper lip. not to mention on my eyebrows she cut me in multiple spots. sad to say i actually tipped her but never again will i be coming here. not worth the $20. read more

Rupa was fast when waxing me and she was professional, and humorous. My eyebrows are just how I want them. She does great work!

Well first, to each her own. I felt like the lady did my eyebrows wayyy too fast just to get me out of the chair. I heard people walking in and she said "Hi, two minute wait.." And she just started to tie the thread around her fingers! I had my upper lip done and my eyebrows. She missed a few hairs on my left side of my upper lip and my right eye has an arch, whereas my left eye is more of a curve. I told her, "not too thin please" and it's a bit thinner than what I wanted. I'm used to someone combing my eyebrow hair and then trimming them with a scissor, but after she did my brows she was already behind the counter and she said "sorry, you're done.." Then she asked if I had a punchcard, and I said "no". She then offered other services that they provided but by then I was uninterested and declined. Paid and left feeling like I should have just made the drive to Oakland mall. I figured since I was at lakeside, I would give this place a try, but I won't be returning. Overall, I will continue to go to Oakland Mall to the ladies at Brow Art 23. My favorite person there is Agnes. read more

I've been going to this place for years, but after today I'm done! My main complaint is the wait. They only have one person during the day on weekdays and you end up waiting 30-40 minutes. On the weekends it's two people and you can wait 40-1 hour! They have you sign in and don't even go off of the sign in sheet nor do they cross people off of it. I went in today with two eyebrows that had the same shape but needed to be cleaned up and left with two completely different eyebrows. When I tried to explain it she ended up taking more off the top and screwing them up even more! read more

Quick and easy place to get your eyebrows/face waxed or threaded. No need for appointments, it's a walk in place. I have been going here for a year now and the ladies are always friendly! Someone always greets you when you walk in and I love how efficient and quick they are when there is a line of people waiting. Only downside I would comment on is the language barrier. I have been able to understand for the most part but I can see how one could get frustrated on not understanding through the heavy accents all of the employees have. Prices are very reasonable. I have done threading and tinting of my eyebrows. Haven't tried the eyelash extensions or tinting. I will continue coming here forever! read more
