The costumer service suck especially the manager of this store they tell you something and is not…read moreIt went to the store to resolve my problem the same store I bought my phone about my billing every month the monthly payment was higher every month when in the store the manger was saying lies that I didn't give a trade in phone when I did that they didn't have it in the system when she was the one that help me from the begging she was being sarcastic saying that I was causing disturbance when I was not she didn't help on nothing they say that they don't have to give me a receipt they said that my autopay was not working when the money was in my bank account don't recommend going to the store and if you do make shore they give you a receipt via mail or via txt and they didn't want to give me the regional manager number or name so I can speak to somebody to resolve my problem corporate should go to that store to see how they are working never paid what I had to pay form the begging and that I had 2 lines of iPad which i never asked for and saying that I had a family plan when all I want was a phone for me
