They are effective, courteous, and extremely fair and reasonable. Seriously. Backstory: I brought my iphone 14 pro max after it got a little moisture under the screen and in the camera, and the phone went completely dark and unusable. I tried using my phone Ins., Asurion, and went to their approved repair shop, uBreakiFix in Duarte. The guy there didnt even touch my phone and he proceeded to tell me that that "the phone was done." I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

Other repair…read morestores I called said there would be a several day wait, since they were busy Without an appointment, I walked in and spoke with Lian at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

I previously had a great Mac repair experience at this mostly Apple-focused store, so when my…read morechild's gaming laptop failed, I brought it to the Microsoft counter at the back of the store. I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and understood that it would be applied toward the repair cost if I moved forward with the repair. That policy is completely reasonable. After diagnosing the issue as a failed motherboard, however, I was told they could not obtain the necessary Asus part and therefore could not perform the repair. I later learned that an authorized repair provider could obtain the part and complete the repair. My frustration is not that they charged for diagnostic time. My frustration is that no one mentioned before taking my money that they might not be able to source Asus parts or complete the repair. Had I known that, I would have taken the computer directly to an authorized repair provider. The laptop is currently being repaired by Geek Squad. I intentionally support small local businesses, and Di-No is close to my home, so it seemed like a win-win. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When I asked whether a refund was possible given that the repair could not be performed, I was told no. Consumers should know there is a possibility they may pay for a diagnosis, only to discover that the shop cannot complete the repair and that they will need to start over elsewhere.

He left late this summer, so another salesman stepped in for my next project. Talk about a disaster: no follow-through, inaccurate information, upping an existing quote when none of the specs changed, long delays not only in performing but just in getting information and returning calls; reliance on email and never getting it "right" withoutt even thinking to call; and to top it all off, an owner who upon hearing what was going wrong just blew off the feedback entirely. But all is not lost: Taylor Hurst moved to MIchael E. Powers and Associates - which carries virtually all the same lines of office furniture AND as Taylor is showing me, can customize furniture and orders in ways that Crest either never could or never would bother to try. Powers now has my business - and I would recommend to Crest customers and to those looking for a great office furniture resource that you look to MIchael E. Powers - and Taylor - for great service and great results.

I had asked for a quote and time expected to complete and the actual work was completed in less than half the time expected! These guys are the best and worked to save me as much money as possible!!
