    We cannot say enough about this company and they're amazing customer service. When we were trying to make the decision to switch from our personal copier that was operating as our professional copier, D'Lan walked through our front door and fully assessed our needs and recommended the best copier for us. From day one, he's been no less than easy to work with and always at our beck and call. They've held our hand through the transition of this entire process and are even helping us with IT issues. They deliver on time and as promised an answer every single question we come up with. I cannot say enough about this company and its people. This is the place to go for a copier or any of your IT needs.

    I have been ordering our office copiers with two companies but I have worked for for the last 20 years. Fast, efficient, friendly, on time and professional. You can shop around but you won't find a better deal, a better company, or a better staff. Today my company received their latest new copiers, the staff spent hours training, setting up, and making sure we were satisfied. I can't recommend this company High Enough.

    Whoa! Very impressive!! It has all the accessories that I need. I'm so thankful for Al's help on explaining how to use this easy to use machine! I'm so glad we made the decision on getting this awesome copier.

    ECC Technology Services is so great! I am the Associate Executive Director for a nonprofit in Lakewood. We were in desperate need of a good printing solution. Al was great to work with! We love our Kyocera copier!

    Avoid them at all costs!!! Horrible customer service and their copy machines are useless! The copy machine pretty much only works if you wanna print simple black and white pages and anything other than that well good luck!! They've been trying to fix our machine for two months now and we have to call them multiple times a week to send someone to fix the machine and if we are lucky it works for a couple days and then breaks again! Sometimes it doesn't even last a few hours before it breaks again! P.S. When we first got the machine the toners were pretty much empty and they told us that's because there is some left and they don't wanna waste it but the thing is though they charge you shipping to get the toners so basically we had to order new ones after one week and pay for the shipping!!

    SaviorBack is an appointment-only office chair specialty shop that sells only two brands -…read moreSteelcase and Herman Miller. According to some Reddit posts, those two brands are considered top-of-the-line when it comes to office chairs. [Appointment]: SaviorBack doesn't have a brick-and-mortar store and requires customers to book a 60-minute in-person appointment on their website. Please note that the purpose of the appointment is testing out their selection of chairs and SaviorBack will not force customers to purchase a chair during the scheduled appointment time. [Process]: I met a gentleman named Mitchell who is the chair consultant or as I call it the "chair concierge." I met him at the designated storage facilities where all the chairs are stored. Mitchell diligently explained each chair and loved cracking jokes in between. There was no pressure to buy a chair from him as he only focused on providing the best possible test-drive experience on these chairs. I tried several different chairs from the Steelcase Amia to the Herman Miller Classic Aeron to the Steelcase Leap V2. [Purchase]: Mitchell offered in-person discounts and I ultimately ended up with the lightly used Herman Miller Remastered Aeron for $825 (tax included) in a great condition which is much cheaper than what you can find online for a brand new one. I didn't need to assemble the chair since it was already assembled. Mitchell helped adjust it before wrapping it in a plastic bag and safely loaded it into my car. Mitchell said that if I am not satisfied for any reason, I have a week to exchange it for a different chair. [Payment method]: Cash, Zelle, or credit cards are accepted (3.5% transaction fee for credit cards). I made a partial payment with credit card (via a phone call to Taketo and I provided my credit card information) and paid the remainder balance through Zelle using my smartphone. [Conclusion]: I absolutely love the chair I purchased and I think of it as an investment for myself considering I occasionally spend more than 8 hours a day sitting in a chair. Excellent service + competitive pricing + pre-assembled = highly recommended. P.S. - Please check SaviorBack's website for a catalog of the chairs they have.

    Staples is definitely my go to place for document printing. Every time I come in the staff is…read morereally nice and helpful and they're always quick. For plain documents on a white 110 lb paper (great for name cards or set menus). There is rarely a line when I go I was actually surprised to see the negative reviews here! If a print ever comes out bad, they can just reprint it for you on the spot. Great service every time!

    The attitude from some of the employees in the printing section at Staples has been really…read moredisappointing. One person in particular, Brittany, consistently has an attitude, she rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs when you ask a question, and generally makes the interaction uncomfortable. I spend about $200 on printing for work weekly, which is standard for me, but any time I ask something, she acts as if its an inconvenience. At one point, I asked if I could quickly grab something and pay for it, and she responded with "fine" and walked away. Later, another employee at the register was extremely kind and even told me about some coupons that saved me $15 , something Brittany never mentioned. When I returned the next morning to pick up my already-paid-for prints, I was the only person in line. I smiled, said hello, and let her know I was just picking up my order. All she had to do was hand them to me. Instead, she looked at me, said "It'll be a while," and walked away to assist another customer who was making holiday cards. I stood there confused until even the woman she was helping said, "Oh, just give them to her, I'll be a while." Brittany rolled her eyes, grabbed my prints, and handed them over without a word. Her attitude is consistently unpleasant. This isn't a one-off experience, she is always rude, and her customer service is terrible. I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business to OfficeMax, where the staff is at least polite. I understand people get busy, but at minimum, customers deserve basic courtesy. Customer service may simply not be the right fit for her.
