I again told him I purchased one about a year ago and needed to get it under a service contract and he said "aaaaaahhh" with a long pause. He had no interest in getting me a service contract. I have been a customer of ECC Technology Services since 2007 leasing the Kyocera copiers. I have 6 copiers and they are wonderful; there are rarely any problems with the copiers. I have only had one probably with one of the copiers that was something that could not be taken care of by my IT department. ECC service reps were there on the job and made everything better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a copier that scans in color and has clear crisp copies. The customer service is great I a will get a response as soon as I send my e-mail. Avoid them at all costs!!! Horrible customer service and their copy machines are useless! The copy machine pretty much only works if you wanna print simple black and white pages and anything other than that well good luck!! They've been trying to fix our machine for two months now and we have to call them multiple times a week to send someone to fix the machine and if we are lucky it works for a couple days and then breaks again! Sometimes it doesn't even last a few hours before it breaks again! P.S. When we first got the machine the toners were pretty much empty and they told us that's because there is some left and they don't wanna waste it but the thing is though they charge you shipping to get the toners so basically we had to order new ones after one week and pay for the shipping!! read more

Although I had written a review back in 2013, I am adding another one, which will be my final. I am happy to report that my business is growing and I opened a new office in Las Vegas, NV in early July 2015. I relocated my production equipment, including my large copier serviced by ECC to the new location. I am so sad to be losing Al, Heather and Dean as my go to best resource when we need anything for our copier. Al coordinated the move of the copier so that it was done by professionals, and then set up and made sure it was working properly and he even found me a service provider in Las Vegas to take over the contract. I can only hope and pray that the new service company is even remotely as good as ECC has been for the past 7 years to us. Always hate shopping/entertaining office equipment bids - 1 request turns into a million solicitation calls...However, THIS was probably the best experience I've had. Initial contact from ECC salesman was quick. Difference was he was not overbearing and didn't try shoving all his company info down my throat - he was upbeat but not "syrupy", very professional, relaxed, and helped put me at ease. I didn't have that "used sales car" feel which is refreshing! Big turn-off for me is when salesmen try to make their product sound better by slamming their competitor - glad to say this never happened in any of our conversations. I appreciated the fact that this guy actually SOLD me on the positive points of the company and equipment and benefits of leasing. Had the financing package already in place so there was no lag time between signing the order and delivery. Delivery was painless as well - they worked with MY time window. No waiting around all day this time! Delivery/installation team was on-time, patient, professional, and addressed all my questions and preferences and were just overall very pleasant to deal with. ** I had NO downtime - the installation guys worked around my clients & calls. I needed a couple extra bells & whistles on my machine and I'm the farthest thing from being "techy" so I was very happy to see how sincerely patient and detailed they were! Over the years, we have had many different machines, and service providers, and so far, ECC has been really good. In the last 12 months, we have leased 4 Kyocera copy machines from ECC Technology. The copier techs have all been very nice and knowledgeable. We have never had a Kyocera copier before but they have all been extremely reliable and the service has been really good. They Kyocera's look very sleek and "high-tech" but are very user friendly. User friendliness is very important to us, because not everyone in our office is super tech savvy. Not to mention every time they deliver a new machine, they send a trainer to get everyone acquainted to the new system. We did have a service call about a month ago, and the tech arrived in less than an hour. I don't expect that kind of response to happen all the time, but all I can say is WOW, that was impressive. With one of our other vendors, we have had to wait 3-5 days to get someone out here!! We are not a huge company, but we have over 40 copiers that we manage, and they saw the potential to grow with us. As leases come up, ECC will continue to have an opportunity to compete to earn our business, and so far they have been very competitive. I was tempted to give these guys 5 stars, but I need to keep them on their toes.. So 4 stars for now! Lol read more

ECC Technology Services is a company that is definitely heaven-sent. They literally can do anything your small or large corporation might need. We at our small research institute needed a new multi-function copier, and even though it was not from a vendor that ECC usually contracts with, they were able to obtain the exact model we needed at an incredible price. If you need a Kyocera model or any of the brands they regularly work with, they can definitely give you the best deal around. However, even with the specific Ricoh machine that we requested, ECC was still able to work the best possible scenario so that it could be delivered within the week of signing the purchase contract, and with our budget in mind. This company is extraordinary!! I was in doubt of any company that sold networked copiers, as we have had problems in the past with other companies. Once I met with the Sales Rep and Techs and implemented the printers into our network, I was amazed. The machines are fantastic and easy to use.
