Instead, I received a lecture and was told what a hassle it was for him to agree to make the long trip to our property to clean several area rugs. Dan was fully aware that there were pet stains and odors, and that was why we needed them cleaned. When I called to have a conversation to let Dan know that I wasn't satisfied with the results, it was met with a laugh, and he proceeded to argue that it's my wife's fault for hiring him.
