Found out about this place when we dropped a friend off to pick up his truck and I saw that they are Subaru experts. Dropped by a couple of days later to ask if they are familiar with the issues I'm facing. The gentleman at the front counter (Jon?) was extremely helpful and explained what could be the issue. He also explained why intermittent issues are hard to diagnose. In addition to that, he took the time to print out some literature, looked up the cost of replacing suspected parts, and told me what I need to do. Which is basically keep using the car until the part truly and consistently fails, then it will be logged into the computer and they can diagnose and pinpoint the issue that needs to be fixed. Thus saving me time and money. I was nervous about not being able to get my key out and he showed me where the ignition release button was. All in all, had a good experience, and will definitely bring my car over for an oil change when it's time since they carry genuine Subaru oil filters.
