I did provide him pictures to help with the quote. I contact him a day before I had to move. He showed up on time with his son. They both were professional and friendly. I needed a large heavy desk and bed moved that werE obviously inside. Before entering, not even at my request both started to remove their work boots to help keep my carpets clean, wasn't necessary at all but I appreciated the thought. This review is long over due. Had this company come break down our old Jacuzzi sometime last year and they did an exceptional job. They worked around my schedule to come after 5pm so I could enjoy my son's little league game that day. I purchased the cutest house in Hollister, but in the back of the home there was this very creepy and rather awkwardly placed shed, that was actually more like a small room, detached from the house. Derrick and his team came out to remove the shed, they did a great job, are a 100% honest and trustworthy team. Derrick's team also removed an old couch and helped me restore the brown grass in the yard. Plus my dogs liked them so you know they must be cool. My father-in-law passed away and my husband and I were tasked with cleaning out his home. The poor man was a pack rat and never threw anything away.
