I spoke to Derrick (the owner), he quoted me a price, agreed on the date and we scheduled it. I had to change the time and he was extremely accommodating. The day of the job, Derrick and his son showed up on time! My wife and I couldn't believe it. We have hired contractors in the past and they're either late, want to reschedule or don't show up at all. I pointed out what needed to be removed and they were on it. In an hour and a half, they had removed the shed and the hot tub. Mind you that the hot tub had to be cut up in sections in order for it to be removed. Derrick capped off the leads to the hot tub and wrapped them up. Something I wasn't expecting. They cleaned up the area really well when they were done. Recently my sister ordered a dumpster and they picked it up 8 hours before the designated time which between the hours of 2pm-5pm. This caused us essentially a full day's work lost. I chopped the mishap up to miscommunication and left it at that. More recently, I ordered a 30yd dumpster for my mother. I gave Nguyen my credit card info the day of the order. The box was dropped off as agreed upon, however I received two voicemails 3 days later requesting my credit card info again. I attempted to return both calls - the first time I was hung up on, the second, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. The next day as I am taking in the trash cans, I was greeted by a young man attempting to take away the dumpster! Mind you, my order was for two full weeks, not 4 days. I again attempted to call customer service and was put on hold. The pickup guy was able to get a response on his first attempt w/out any issue. I am gravely disappointed in how this was situation was handled. Especially since we use their services so frequently. I wasn't informed about an issue with payment until after delivery, nor they inform me that they would be picking up the dumpster early. If only they we be more prompt in answering phones as they are in picking up dumpsters.
