I took my car to D&B this morning for an oil change & routine service call. They found an oil leak & instead of fixing it & charging me. Brad suggested I call Nissan as it should be under warranty. Not the worst place. I had to yell at one of their Technicians one day because he attempted to put a part back on the truck by kicking it back into place. I got out there before he broke it, got a screwdriver, and put the part back on myself. If you try to joke with the guy at the front counter he is not amused. In fact I don't know why I go here sometimes. read more

This is a pretty decent place to take your car for a quick fix if you're in or around Derby. I go there for some of my cars maintenance. They seem to be more honest than most dealerships in Sedgwick County, and perhaps their technicians are a bit more competent, although I can't say that their prices are any lower. My only real complaint is that they don't have free rental car's for if you need to take your car in for major service, in fact I don't think they have rental cars available at all, which is a shame because that makes it so since I only have one car, if I need to get major service on it done, I'll simply be forced to take it somewhere else that offers me a rental. read more

This is a wonderful place to take your auto for repairs. They are honest, fast, and friendly. They are also located in the most convenient place in Derby, right off of Baltimore/K-15. We lived in Derby for 25 years before moving to Florida. Brad and the gang at D&B have always been honest with us when we needed work done on our cars. My mother is still there and continues to use them. Recently we had to purchase a new vehicle for her and Brad was amazing helping us get the new vehicle checked out. It's difficult when you aren't right there, but they went above and beyond in the Service Department!!! They are honest and really good people! When you need something done or help they always go the extra mile! Been here a few times and was pleased with the service. The last time I went WILL be the last time. I was told my vehicle was misfiring but the computer didn't tell the technician what cylinder it was, which is BS. He said he would have to replace all of my plugs and wires for $500. Then the tech told me he cleared the codes, why would he do that if the problem isn't fixed? And btw, my fuse to the computer was blown, so how did the computer read anything wrong? The whole scenario seemed shady, and I never experienced that with them before. It has been several months since that visit and I have used my own diagnostic computer and still no misfire!
