They are great about communication and I never feel pressured, which I really appreciate. Often they are able to give me a ride to work if I can wait for a little spell. Hit a chunk of concrete coming back from KC, bent the wheel and popped the tire along with broke off one of the lug nut bolts. Took my car to them on a Friday afternoon expecting not to get it worked on until the following week. They worked it in the same day had it fixed before 5pm along with fixed the vibration it was making because of the blown tire/wheel. Damon told me worst case scenario when I went and picked it up it was less than half of what Damon originally quoted. The car drives absolutely amazing thanks to them.
