They start by removing lower limbs and putting them in the wood chipper. Then with the bucket truck and ropes they took the tree down from top to bottom. They are experienced and dropped each limb and tree section safely. They knew exactly where they wanted it to fall and made it happen. They took down two very big trees- one in front and one in back which entailed removing wooden fence to get truck and equipment through. The stumps were ground down and everything was cleaned up and removed. The fence was put back up and my property looks so much better. The crew was prompt and on time. The owner left tree pieces he was supposed to haul away. I saw him add them to a pile of cut trees we already had. They just ran over things that were in their way instead of asking us to move them, breaking things like yard stakes where I didn't want vehicles to park anyway. They damaged a lot of smaller trees that I asked them to avoid just running into them with their equipment. I do not recommend this company. The only good thing about it was the price.

The fence was reinstalled in worse condition than before, and a personal memorial area in my yard was run over and destroyed. Overall, there was little care shown for the property. Instead of minor touch-ups, I was left with significant damage, including large ruts, exposed dirt, and leftover debris from the tree--resulting in additional repair costs. Payment expectations were also not clearly communicated in advance, which created issues at the time of service. Most concerning, after I raised these problems, the company said they would return to address the damage. They never followed through and stopped responding. At this point, the issue is not just the property damage, but the lack of accountability. If you decide to hire this company, make sure everything is documented in writing and take photos of your property beforehand.
