It took a few calls to get someone to pick up. I explained that I had a Yelp offer and that I needed roadside assistance. He asked where the car was located so I told him it was in Decatur. He then asked where I wanted it towed. I answered, "Decatur." He then replied, "We don't have any trucks." So I said, "Why did you ask me where the car was located if you knew you didn't have any trucks?" He said, "My driver lives in McDonough. He is not going to want to tow your car and then have to drive that far to go home." What in the blood clot? So basically, they are only towing cars in the drivers neighborhood. He initially said I would have to pay for the replacement, but eventually admitted fault and purchased another radiator. The replacement was then installed incorrectly. My A/C stopped working, and I developed a coolant leak. The mechanic made several attempts to fix the situation but ultimately told me he could not find where the leak was coming from and that I needed to locate it myself. I was also frustrated by the way I was treated during the process. The mechanic complained about having to continue working on the vehicle and told me that my money wasn't worth it. The office did not offer a refund or a reasonable solution, and I was left with a vehicle that I could not drive. This was not a simple situation where a repair didn't work the first time. The original problem was an alternator installation, and I ended up dealing with a damaged radiator, an improperly installed replacement, loss of A/C, a coolant leak, and an undriveable vehicle. I'm leaving this review so other customers can make an informed decision before trusting this company with their vehicle.
