We finally got ahold of our driver, who we woke up. Needless to say we did not have time to wait for the driver to wake up and get ready. Due to the size of our party we had to take two vehicles to the airport and park in the garage, not economy, due to running late after waiting 30 minutes past pick up time before we found out we weren't getting picked up. Xavier offered to pay for our parking at the airport and offered his apologies the day of the flight. Upon our return we tried to sync up to give him receipts as requested and get a check in person like he requested. After a month of trying I finally am leaving this review I text him, I can see read receipts, and no reply. He offered to pay for our parking and then ghosted us. This on top of not showing up at all when we booked is reason enough to look elsewhere.

I've tried the competitor cab companies on numerous occasions, and Chesapeake Cab Company is absolutely the way to go. It's less expensive, I always get where I need to go on time, safely, I don't have to wait for two hours like I used to do when I rode with Key Lime, and when Mike is my driver the conversation is always relaxed and enjoyable.
