Not reliable to be timely when needing pre-arranged times from doctor's appointments to home.

I called for a taxi for 12:30 , I called for reservation the night before , taxi was not ther eat12:45 ... dispatcher said because I didn't call an hour before the taxi would be30 min. Late . And that I should think about getting ... another company.. She needs to get another job, one where she does not deal with the public...I have been dealing with key lime for 2 years now ...lately drivers are late and the dispatchers insisting we call 1 hrs. I used this cab company all the time, spent hundreds a week between my husband and I and I start to have issues with the dispatchers not putting my info in and making me wait for long periods of time for no reason and when I left a bad review on Facebook the owner didn't like that and asked why I put them on blast, then blocked my number from calling!! I was taking this service for the past 3 months 3 - 5 days a week until today I ALWAYS schedule my round-trip pickup the day before. I called this morning at 8:03 to check on the status of my ride only to be told I didn't confirm the day before & my time was given to someone else if I wouldn't of called they wouldn't of came my child would of missed an important day in school needless to say I found another company so yeah my little $30 a day 3 to 4 times a week might not mean nothing to you guys but another company will appreciate it crazy thing was nobody tried to make it right that's what hurt the most read more

Zero Starts. A patient needed to return home from his appt. and when called the vm says they closed due to weather conditions. I was really upset because they just dropped him off for his appt 30 mins prior. They are horrible to do this to senior citizens. Thanks to the staff we found him a safe ride home. read more

Being from New York, I try not to allow myself to get into precarious situations, however when I found myself stranded in the area, Key Lime came to the rescue. Horrible taxi service and very unprofessional. Gave me a "receipt" on a scratch piece of paper that was hand written and not even signed or dated.. had a driver with a passenger who making business calls for the taxi service so their own office is out of the car itself. Not a big car, very tight fit and crammed if more than 1-2 people are riding. Just an all around bad taxi experience and service. DO NOT USE KEYLIME TAXI. They are horrible read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Place is never open always has a 1 hour wait time (at least), cars are in constant disrepair (I've heard grinding and rattling and the cars feel like they won't stop every time I ride in them. Drivers are speeding and there have been several times I've been concerned for my safety while riding with them. The people they have driving for them are sketchy and usually look like they are former drug addicts. (I mean look at some of the people they have working for them. Phone staff is always rude and always makes you feel like you are being a burden. And don't get me started on the foreign call center that they use after 4 when everyone goes home. I feel for people that work late or go out to the bars late at night because the call center they use can barely hear you and you can't understand them. This place is a joke and I hope anyone reading this stays far away from this rude and incompetent place rather than risk your life riding in a cab. Frankly I feel more safe walking than riding in their dangerous and disgusting cabs. read more

Very Rude person answering the phone. She was very rude and acted as if I were bothering her because I had bad cell service. She was all but yelling at me and treated me like a child. The driver showed up and was clearly high on something. She ran a red light and said oooooooppps and then laughed about it. She was slurring her speech and looked like she was nodding off. Worst taxi experience ever. Called two hours ahead to request a taxi to take us from hotel to a wedding venue. Was told we were all set. When taxi didn't show at the appointed time, we called back and were told whoever had taken the call "never put it in the system".... then, they couldn't get motivate to get us another taxi. If you must use the service call and book your trip in evening during the day you get this feeling as if your interupting the customer service representative. I called in evening and the lady i think her name was Charly was pleasant and helpful. If it wasnt for my contact with the evening customer service rep I would have given a 1star because I couldnt give any lower. Thank You Charly for your help last week and the driver you sent was helpful and great. Wish the entire company had more Charlys and drivers like mine. read more
