brought my truck in to have a new radiator support installed and told a quote price he even looked…read moreit over and said it would be 2 days, flash forward to day 4 and the entire quote changed because he didn't know the radiator support needed to be welded in even though I supplied a brand new radiator support. he then suggests to let his guys bend everything back into position and it would cost significantly less and be done the following day. picked up my truck, from the outside everything looked ok but it was because his workers bolted the grille on the side that wasn't bent meaning I only had 2 of 4 bolts holding it in and this was done all because they didn't even touch the old radiator support. he now won't even return a phone call to explain why they are ripping me off and all I want is a refund shitty quality, meaning shitty value, meaning service needs to be done at a reputable shop because this apparently isn't one

Horrible service! Supposed to be done in a week, turned into 3 weeks. Vehicle was filthy. Scuff…read moremarks left all over leather interior. Also left Dirty hand marks on tan interior. Even the new front bumper they installed was already scratched. Leather on driver door had new tear in it. Even had scratches on paint that were not there when it was dropped off. And no one could give any answers as to what happened. And the owner refused to answer or return any phones calls. Would only communicate through emails . Was told they would have vehicle detailed and all issues resolved but did not do anything that was promised. Horrible Horrible experience!!

Every time I spoke she cut me off. As soon as I walked in she said "we aren't scheduling until April" and I said that's fine. She went out took all the pictures and what not and just refused to give an estimate. She made every excuse to NOT give an estimate. I'm just like give the damn estimate. I initially went because of the reviews, but her customer service is severely lacking. When you are hard to look at physically, your attitude shouldn't match the outer appearance. So, I wouldn't recommend just on the cave woman's attitude alone. Thinking back, maybe she just didn't want MY business (if u get my drift). Because their reviews are so "they treated me like family/friend" lol. To all POC, learn to pick up on those social ques they throw out. I didn't.
