I couldn't find any on yelp and thought I might have to drive to nearby town when I saw this place. All they guys were nice (Dwane, Chase, & Cole) and it only took 15 mins. The only reason I took off a star was for price. Mine ended up being 52.99 for the change and then an additional 7.75 for oil. The sign says Starts -at 34.99 up to five quarts of oil. I just would have appreciated the heads up on the additional cost. Using synthetic oil I understand a little more charge for the oil but the oil change is the same. When I walk out of the dealership for an oil change with synthetic oil cost + taxes and all, it only cost me 56.70. I will use these guys again if in town.

My son in law was taking his truck in for a recall on a 2023 GMC with low miles. His truck broke…read moredown on the way. He had it towed to PK Smith and was told upon receiving it the transmission no longer worked. The recall was for computer/braking and suddenly the transmission is out! Then he and my daughter are told it will be a week or two before it can be looked at. So they have it picked up and taken to Alexandria hoping to get it back ASAP. The next day my daughter receives a call from the owner of the dealership Mike Smith, he is incredibly rude and even curses his own corporate headquarters. Very unprofessional, arrogant, no one deserves to be treated this way, especially my daughter who is seven months pregnant. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere that's reputable.

Also the ignition was constantly beeping. Took the car over there, paid around $2000 and absolutely nothing was fixed. They SAID it was fixed, but absolutely nothing was done. I had to stop by one morning to get her mail out of the vehicle and that shop was full of cars, but there was no one working on them. I saw one man in the whole shop. Finally, my brother went and got the car and is going to fix it himself. Of course she got no refunds back. Don't take your car there.

He stated he had to go to baton rouge the following day and that he coul provide me a good deal seeing he had to go anyways. Hat 1st he told me 400 I told him I only had $300 to my name that I could try and borrow some from my family he told me no that he could do it for the $300. I sent him the 300 and the following day he couldn't come because he couldn't get in the gate I trusted he was a man of his word and went and atleast picked up my vehicle. Took my Honda generator to the shop because it suddenly quit running. I bought the generator there…read moreand I always wanted them to do the maintenance thinking this would make it more reliable. So we take it there and they diagnose the problem. Its a blown fuse to the fuel pump. They call a few days layer saying it's the auto idle switch. Then they call a few days later and say the generator is overcharging. All the while they're supposed to be fixing this stuff. We had asked them to service it while it was there. Being a generator its sits alot with little use except when the power is out. So they keep it for two weeks. They call and say its ready and the charge is $550 dollars. Said it would be another $1000 to fix the overcharging issue. When we get there two hours later, they try to add two more hours of maintenance at $100 an hour. They also say the part to repair the overcharging was now $600 instead of $1000. We said no thanks on anymore work. We should have fussed more about the additional shop charges but they did take one hour off. When we get home we discover they didn't repair the auto idle switch. They just wired around it. Drained all my fresh gas out. Left the battery isolation switch on and ran my new battery down. I've spent alot of money at this place in the past. It seems to me that I got gouged based on the work that was (or wasn't) performed. I'm sure they have an excuse and no, I haven't called to complain. I'll just take my business elsewhere in the future. I would encourage others to do the same.
