But first place was rude and didn't want to talk or answer any questions. I payed again to have my SUV towed to Le Barons after finding them online. When I first called Le Barons I was greeted by a friendly lady who allowed me to speak with a mechanic within minutes (Ricky) and he was also friendly and answered my questions and took the time to look up some prices for me and give me a ball park estimate on repairs without even looking at my vehicle but going on just what I told him. They had my car fixed and back to me in one day. They were fast, friendly, professional, and was right in with the estimate ( which was very reasonable after comparing prices online). After bringing it to Raymond's attention, he invited us to cancel our towing request (approx. 2 hr. wait) and call Archie's Towing Company. Don from Archie's was there in approx. 45 min. Raymond diagnosed that new rotors were needed also, informed us, ordered the parts, performed the work, and sent someone to museum to pick us up. I explained what was going on and for a fee (about the cost of a tow truck ) the mechanic came to me and got the car into good enough shape to get to their shop. Once at the shop they worked on the truck quickly. I had the truck back that same day. The repairs were explained to me as well as the cost break-down. Repair costs are never inexpensive but I would say that the price I paid was fair. In my opinion, this is a shop with an extremely knowledgable mechanic, fair prices, and quick service. They were very upfront about the process and what it would take to fix it. While I was there, I asked if they could recommend someone to do the body work on my truck.
