Gave us tons of insights not only on our lawn, but on our solar setup for our camper, and even showed us that a section of our roof was leaking and saved us a huge amount of money. 3. Gave us a great rate. You could tell he was only interested in giving us a fair price, and even gave us tips on how we could save some money on the work. 4. Pressured washed our house as contracted, and then pressure washed our entire back patio for free just because "it looked pretty bad". This is a business that does it exactly right, and is the kind anyone would be lucky to work with.

I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.
