We've had Turf Master service our yard for sometime now and it looks horrible. There are spots of areas that are dead, grass does not grow. Doesn't seem like they've done an analysis or given recommendations on what to do. I'm just unhappy with how my yard, back and front looks. their unlicensed / undocumented driver ran over my dog in a neighborhood speeding through the streets. the driver stopped saw us running and tore off without providing assistance or apology. guess when you aren't supposed to be on the road you don't stick around. The owner was reached out and ultimately ghosted us. how can a company insure drivers for their trucks without documentation. shame on you and your company and being the problem. be careful out there with these reckless drivers speeding through your neighborhoods. cat, dog , child seems to make no difference to them read more

I wanted to know if a lawn maintenance service would improve the condition of my lawn. I saw an ad for Turf Masters' I gave them a call. The rep was great at selling the service, but the company did not fulfill any of his claims. They do not come back if you are having a problem with the service. There is no science to the treatment of the lawn. The office staff is not customer service friendly. Just a little here and a little there. My lawn has improved but they are not a company I would recommend to anyone. For eighty dollars a visit, I expect more than a drive by hit and miss treatment. read more

TurfMasters is good ..... I Finally found a good company..... It took a lot of trial and error with other companies.....The last and final straw was with a company(not TurfMasters ) that really was claiming to have been in business for years but was actually brand new....They had friends (& owners ) post glowing 5 star reviews of their company that had never mowed a single lawn or anything!...These people were so dumb/transparent in their attempt to promote their fake company........They were not great or amazing or experienced or anything......They were inexperienced and fake.....They did not know that I knew something about plumbing and could figure out their "plan" for irrigation on my property was actually dangerous... Beware of companies that also try to lock you into long term contracts right at the start....without seeing their work or getting to experience their "years of experience " in action......Talk is cheap and anybody can say anything on the internet.....So my advice is to really take the time and check out a company that is going to be on your property...,spraying toxic chemicals etc........Who are the employees, etc...Are they trained,?Ask friends(real friends) or neighbors who they recommend.....Do not go by fake self promoting Facebook posts or pages.... This company ,Turfmasters, is the real deal and you should definitely give them a try after reading their Yelp reviews and maybe calling(or drive by) references of their real customers.... On May 1 I made arrangements for Turf Masters to aerate our lawn. On May 9, while we were out of town on vacation I got a voice mail that said it would be done on Tuesday, May 14. We came home a day early to be there for the aeration. The day for the condo was not refundable but we wanted to get he lawn done so we returned home. I was up early to meet the aeration team. At 2:00 pm, when they had not shown up of given a call, I called the office. I was rudely told they are out working and if you were told they would be there today it will be done today. It was a rude response and tone from the woman on the phone. At 6:00 pm, I sent a text to the cell phone of the salesman who came out and gave me the estimate. I told him to forget it, I will get a reliable service to aerate my lawn. If there was some trouble or something that happened to prevent them from coming today I would have gladly been willing to reschedule but the rudeness of the person at the office made me feel as if I wasn't a valued customer and there was no concern that I had not heard from the aeration team about an arrival time. Never dealing with these people again. read more
